There isn't going to be a FID anytime soon. They are looking at every option before commiting to any project, and it seems like they are waiting to find whether there is Govt backing as the Govt are hosting the Cop 26 climate change summit later this year ..Its back to sleep for months .This time next year Rodney ,although longterm it seemed fairly positive if they can work out good terms with FIG .Dont expect to get rich anytime soon .And Grouchos waiting for Isobel .Wow

It can be fairly certain that if RKH had no case against the Italian government it would have been announced by now and this case would be closed. The time being spent on it clearly indicates the seriousness of the situation and ramifications of a positive outcome to RKH, for other companies. Whilst I'm as frustrated as the next investor here, I believe it will be worth waiting for.

Oh Muggins states we are not capable of understanding the Belgium question and it may well hold up proceedings .Rockhopper must think we are incapable of understanding it also as there is no mention anywhere of this as a reason for delays .Infact on the contrary,very considerable progress has been made and arbitration results come in almost every hour .It hasn't put a stop to those decisions. Only this one .Really ?This guys the biggest deramper there's ever been .Destroyed his reputation as fast as David Starkey lol

Well if they know about this problem and why there could be a further delay ,and they state proceedings have moved on very considerably ,isn't that fraudulent. Would seem so to me .

This guys out of the traps faster than me if he sees any news about why there are delays .And we are supposed to believe he hasn't spotted this before when people have asked Why delays etc .Seems like he's sat on this news waiting for this moment to release it. We need someone to explain to us with legal knowledge if this is the reason for a delay and could it delay matters further .Until I know it is ,il treat it as B0ll0x lol

Quite incredible that a person that has constantly had a go at Ralph for being negative and a deramper, now brings up the Belgium question that was asked in Dec on the same day an RNS was released to say the proceedings have moved on Very considerably. Nice timing Muggins .

And where in todays Rns does it mention anything about this Belgian question .That was asked in December and things have moved on very considerably it states. Why not post this in Dec .Is the great Muggins trying to deramp ?Surely not.
