Surely rules can't be changed after the process has taken this long and is concluding .These are matters for the future and not this case as I read it .If anyone knows differently feel free to correct me .

Sozzled. I take nothing negative from the RNS today. More positive if anything as if it was to be a loss to RKH we would of known by now. Have a look on the grown ups board LSE where Mogger (as always) has posted a link that may help explain the latest delay?
