VIY capped at £25m

RSI capped at £2.5m with £900k in cash so real market cap = £1.6m

RSI numerous contract awards, VIY no contract awards.

RSI EPS for 2012 set to be 1.42p, p/e of 10 = 14.2p, p/e of 5 = 7.1p

If they delist the shares and make 1.4p of earnings this year without the associated AIM listing costs, that would maybe become 1.75p eps, you are then buying RSI on a p/e of 1 : )

Imagine if they introduce a divi : )

You'd be buying an even bigger bargain.

Ive started buying into this stock as ive heard 4p+ is on the cards as soon as this seller has offloaded their shares and the results of the strategic review are known.I bought 83k yesterday and will be making regular purchases .Good Luck to all holders .

Really enticing buyers with that spread. If they drop the offer from current 1.8p I'd be buying again.

Not sure why we are down today unless the seller has decided to lower his price?

Can only see 1 trade and that is a corrected trade from Friday, a sell which has been cancelled?

Happy just to wait and see what happens over the coming weeks/months. Not giving the seller an easy exit.

Gonna be months or years before he is cleared if we continue having no trades in a day.

Dropped the bid but the offer hasn't moved, 300k still 2.1p. Any more is 2.17p.

TP, indeed. I wonder if the seller is coming close to an end though as I notice you have been able to get a quote to buy 500k at a time no problem these past few weeks but the max seems to be around 300k now?

-needs quite a bit more buys to shift over-hang, imo
-stocktrade (on line) you can buy 200K but only sell 100!!!! tells you all you need to know, least for now. Need more buyers to shift it north.

Notice the real bid and real offer prices are increasing this morning. It amazes me why the seller would want to sell at 2p, but they are probably desperate.

Looks to me like the seller wants 2p for their stock. The share price has been here for the past few weeks regardless of positive news. The seller is the only thing holding us back now. The company know of the seller as I pointed them out when qwazi highlighted them on here. We just need to clear the seller and then we can gain a fair valuation which Fox Davies see as 13p.

I have quite a few RSI and am pleased with the recent contract wins.
