UK

I've emailed the FSA until i'm blue in the face, this is how it works in the UK, crime pays, you get nowhere being the good guy, look at that politician with the headbutt, £3k fine, i go down my local and stick the nut on somebody and it will be 2 years in jail, topinfo is laughing because he knows he can get away with it !

I remember it well, topinfo was using some 12-13p broker note on these as means to a pump and dump, note he dumped and the highest the price ever got was about 2.5p, classic conman way of trapping, the highest broker note he can find, he's doing that line for many years, can we stop this guy, he is the most arrogant guy posting on the site, he will never apologise for his actions !

Dont have any sympathy for this guy, he used to be evil when he posted under
the moneymonster, this has been coming for a long time, but it's the likes of
topinfo that seriously need warning off, so today it's Rsi and GMG, what next,
we all have bad stocks but at least we hold them for more than a few days but
we dont post drivel like the conman topinfo and moreforus then dump a few hours
later after 50 posts of "bid target" and "250p broker notes" from years ago that
no longer are realistic !

I don't think CF12 is as bad as those two. I think you should retract that accusation. I think those two seem to be deliberately mendacious in their methods.

I got absolutely slated for posting the obvious with this stock, it was always miles from breaking even, just shows you how dangerous topinfo and his gang of
pump and dumpers are when they persist with a bad stock.

Is this the time to pull his thread and all the pump and dump conmen that post
on it, how many dogs do they need to tip ?

No offence but you had this coming CF12, you've pump and dumped rubbish for years
and for once you are trapped in one, i just wish the same would happen to topinfo,
that guy should be warned off from the FSA from posting on bulletin boards.

-the fact that the major shareholders want it de-listed indicates that they see value here.
-Not exactly welcome news, but for those with a bit of patience, could well turn out ok.

Mildred thanks. Might be value down the road as you say. It was always going to be a takeover or partial sale or this outcome.

Unfortunate turn of events. Don't think the major shareholders would do this if they didnt think there was more value down the road.

Good luck CF12. GBR / CSLT et al show that some delistings can be fought and shareholders can protect their rights.
