12/3/2012 15:42 | Ramper? I think not. I put my money where my mouth is. Terrible end to what could have been (and still may be) a great little company. Less chance with it being delisted though. Not the news we all hoped for but such is life. | christianf12
12/3/2012 15:31 | Delisting - what price now ?? | pugugly
12/3/2012 09:43 | This guy owns 12% of RSI 43. Landon T. Clay 79, Brookline; Peterborough, NH; and Providence, RI; chair, East Hill Management $316 million Clay's expensive hobbies have kept him busy since he stepped down as chair of the financial services company Eaton Vance in 1997. An armchair mathematician-even though he majored in English at Harvard-he underwrote the Clay Mathematics Institute in Cambridge, which is offering $1 million for each answer to seven of the most significant unsolved math problems (a Russian mathematician is said to be close to solving one). He's also helped finance observatories for Harvard (to which he has given at least $14 million over the years) and the Dexter and Southfield schools in Brookline. Look at his house, that is probably worth more than RSI's market cap. They were buying shares in December 2011. | christianf12
12/3/2012 09:28 | Not many shares available to buy at 1.75p. | christianf12
09/3/2012 13:43 | 125k max available at 1.5p | christianf12
09/3/2012 12:56 | Peter Reilly spent more on RSI shares last year than what he got paid from the company at prices of 3p and 4p. That is confidence. | christianf12
09/3/2012 12:54 | All previous director dealings can be found here by searching in the box at bottom: I see M MacGregor sold a shed load at 240p, there was a guy posting on here last week as a M MacGregor who seemed to know a hell of a lot about the company. When I questioned him about his links to RSI's M MacGregor, he disappeared. | christianf12
09/3/2012 12:47 | Also, why are they looking to hire now?: | christianf12
09/3/2012 12:45 | Does anyone know why these shares were allotted? Was it performance related? | christianf12
09/3/2012 12:41 | They are in a closed period due to strategic review. Have a look at what they have paid for their shares in the past, in some cases above 100p, most at least 100% premium to where we are today. Take a look at all the placings they have done, most were done at significant premiums to the then share price The most recent director buys were at 3p, the most recent placing was at 4p. sp now 1.5p offer. | christianf12
09/3/2012 12:35 | RSI CEO Richard Cooper is a non exec of this company: www.terraspark.com | christianf12
09/3/2012 12:34 | that is a concern with such a small shareholding - does not convince me they belive in the co's future / potential & if so why not buy into it now | euclid5
09/3/2012 12:28 | The directors hardly own any shares, a few % of the company between them, they would not have a casting vote. I have emailed the company and await their reply. | christianf12
09/3/2012 12:24 | Has anyone emailed the BoD's about this to see what their response is - tempted to buy in here just based on the low p/e for 2012 - 1 is there a risk they can delist from AIM or take it private? | euclid5
09/3/2012 12:21 | Well if Fox Davies are to be believed, RSI now trade on a p/e of 1 for the current year excluding any cash. They have a 13p target. Have asked the company when the strategic review will end. | christianf12 |
