Dont tell me you have bought this rubbish, ignore the pump and dumpers none of them can read the accounts here, i posted all the losses and money raised and burned over the last 5 years, they are nowhere near break even, probably the worst stock not to go bust on aim and there's some bad ones out there.

The large shareholders could block any white knight bid, although an all-share (or nearly all-share) offer could be palatable, reducing the need for cash-calls on them, whilst giving them the chance to recover their losses via an increase in the share price of the acquirer.
A realistic all-cash offer would never be accepted.
Even after de-listing this is going to be a major struggle for RSI - possibly even more of one than it has been recently.

Sell price seems to be rising, but the bid/offer is stuck at .25/.65.

Can't see a white knight arriving...though I have sent an email to VIY mentioning the RSI situation. DOI:I hold both VIY(3mill) and RSI(1 mill).

It would be worth someone trying to buy them out at say 1.5-2p just for the tax losses and listing quote. Not sure the big holders would agree though.

I suppose institutions have to sell, as most can't hold private company shares in their portfolios.
It costs more than £0.75m to get listed on AIM, so a waste to de-list for the reasons stated. If they could/had addressed the cash-burn problem thy wouldn't have to do this. De-listing in itself does not cure this problem.

If they reduced the spread they may get more interest and more business but I think mm's struggle with realising that!

Spread is a killer though.

Volumes do not seem to indicate significant movement of shares so far.

They may struggle to get 75% of the vote, unless major shareholders have been buying in the last day or two, in which case they should announce their new holding level.
The shares have been tumbling because of the cash-burn, and the $1m credit line will soon vanish if they don't resolve the situation. The £125k AIM costs are only a small part of this. They need to address the main reasons. If they can do this, maintaining the listing will be beneficial and a cash-flow surplus will quickly lift the shareprice bringing in all the investment they want.

Need 75% votes to delist according to RNS yesterday

What % of the vote do they need to get the de-listing resolution through? It's usually 75%. Not sure here.
It wouln't make sense to de-list from a fundraising standpoint, as it is much easier to do placings etc when listd. The volatility is self-inflicted, by creating a company with too little free float. It can work equally well for you, as against you, and noboby complains when the shares jump 100% (as they did at the beginning of the year).
Just a spectator. Not/never a holder.

The $1 million quest is will they get enough votes to delist - or end up half lame like Cosalt.

If I thoght there was real value here might organise a concert party to buy rteh company at this level but no real proof of technology that I havee been able to discover - Odds on chance (imo) that VIY might follow the same route.

100k or £650.00.

So no real big sellers, and if one could buy in millions at that price then I for one might well do so.

You would be buying for less than any other shareholder ever, at a price of no more than a semi detached house.!!

re post 826...unfortunately yesterday's rns gave the game away re cash absorbtion rates...to baldly say there is £300000 cash is to ignore rapid cash reduction and the stated financing deals that they are (having to) persue.
The rns says it all really...the shame is that they took so long to spell it out, creating hope in a few instances.

If we do get a rise then I reckon there will be those glad to get what they can out...therefore not really worth a go...but each to their own

Good luck all

How many shares can you actually buy at the quoted 0.65p?
