Apologies for o/t but I have started a new thread to help investors decide which online broker to use and I would be grateful for any advice posters might have in that respect. Some of you have been trading shares for years and have probably tried most of the available sites, so I hope you will share your opinions and help other investors find the best online broker. I will be posting this on a few threads, because if no-one knows about it it ain't going to achieve much, so if it annoys you please say so on the HAM thread.

Just recd the voting papers for the AGM on the 24th Feb. One resolution is about allowing the directors to allot shares to the extent of £158,053 for the purposes of Sec 551 of the Companies Act - any one going from this thread ? Wonder if there will be any news on the strategic review.

Too short notice for me with regards to taking time off work - but would have liked to attend.

chrisis33, me also. If they thought the share price failed to reflect the company and it's assets at 5p+ then what do they think at 2p?

Hopefully this seller is not going to weigh on the share price much longer.

The takeover panel rang me yesterday and told me that they can't say anything regrading the seller. Some brokers and institutions have an exemption from having to disclose, not sure why. I thought these rules were in places to enable more transparency? Only when it suits it seems.

Not sure why the share price is down on 1 trade worth £160.

We obviously have a seller here and they are not declaring a holding which is against the takeover panel rules. I have emailed them once again to see why not. The seller could be traced through the MM offering stock.

Once the seller is gone, expect a 50-100% rise.

Look at XPS who cleared a seller yesterday, 80m shares at 1.45p, now 2p.

Although Bob Auckland doesn't own many I believe most of his were purchased above 100p. I think once the strategic review is over, we may see some directors filling their boots. If, like they say the share price fails to reflect the value of the company, I expect them to be buying millions of shares. Though they may not get the chance if the company is sold! : )

Euclid5, I am trying to find that out as well - about 48% of the stock is tied to two substantial holders. A couple of directors bought 500k shares at 3p a few months ago. Check out their web page.

Have sent the takeover panel another email just now as the seller has not rns'd their holding as required.

The takeover panel have confirmed that if the same person selling the 500k blocks yesterday, then they need to rns holdings by 3.30pm today. I'll get back to them if we don't get one.

Directors can't buy at the moment due to the on-going strategic review.

Any idea as to how many shares the management team / directors hold ? Would be helpful, if they are buying...or are they allowed according to insider trading regulations ?

FD expect revenues for financial year '11 - $8.2m and for financial year '12 $11.3m.

We have already done $5.7m of the $8.2m this year.

FD have a 13p target based on those figures...what if RSI beat them? : )

Multibagger, it's a new one.

I see another 2 x 500k blocks put through after market hours.

I have emailed the takeover panel regarding disclosing holdings and will report back.

FD have the 13p target on expected revenue, may we even beat their forecasts?

Is this contract of $0.7million a new one or has it already been reflected in the $2.9million contracts that RSI have already been awarded since 31 Aug 2011 ? Just wondering.... as if it is a new contract, then the prospects are improving rapidly.
