Looks like a potential bidder for RSI would be EMGS



They bought OHM and have £40m in cash.

What does this bit mean, page 5 :

The transaction also includes a pre-paid service agreement worth approximately USD 2.6 million between OHM and Rock Solid Images (RSI), which provides EMGS with additional processing capacity and expertise.

The prophet, I agree. Take a look at LDP today to see what will happen when the herd realise the Fox Davies target of 13p for RSI : )

-looks like normal up/down a tad movement of a share heading in the right direction.
-m.cap still looks v.low compared to cash + the business.
-even £10m market cap would still be equal to around 6p+, which you think should be the starting point for these.
-will be interested to hear what their 'strategic review' comes up with.

They will only let me buy 150k max and they still want 2.7p so if we get a few buys, what happened yesterday will happen today, red to blue to a 16% + finish : )

That's a good laugh, make someone pay 2.86p then drop the price on 120k sells.

Hope we might get a 2.5p offer again although lets hope they let you buy more than 10k shares this time : )

This happened yesterday afternoon, drop of 5-10% and then ended up 16%!!!

Can't believe they are still offering stock at 2.75p but making people pay over that for 168k shares.

I wonder what will happen when the US market opens, RSI normally sees it's gains in the afternoon. I wonder if someone in the US is buying?

Well, I wish I had the funds to top up in reasonable numbers...but may have to wait another week or so...will it be too late ?

Best thing about RSI at the minute is that it is still completely off most investors radars.

Take a look at the various messgae boards, Fool, lse and iii and see how many posts are written on RSI, hardly any. There have been less than 500 posts on here since the thread was started just under a year ago. Some shares get 500 posts a day : )

I think people will want in as it comes on to their radars as the share price keeps rising and the company continues to issue good news. That will have a massive effect on the sp, as we know, not many buys are needed to send this up.

Then they will see the Fox Davies target price and compare to the current 2.75p and see that this share price could and should increase by over 400% just to get to that target.

Fox Davies are conservative with their targets so we should climb over the 13p.

Interesting times ahead!

I'm startiing to wonder whether the strategic review has been going better than expected?

There has been a lot of interest in the shares this past week.

I would guess from 2.5p, if someone to buy the company now, they would need to offer in the region of 8-10p, but the longer they leave it, Fox Davies's 13p target has surely got to be met?

Great chart, looks like the next move willbe to test the resistance just above 3p. We will probably see that tomorrow! Can't see it being much of an obstacle.

Gap at 10.5p will be closed IMO in the not to distant future.
