The prophet - point taken, they are apples and pears. Lets focus on RSI here. It just struck me that RSI is valued at less than 1/4 the value, but this is due to ehat I see as RSI's undervaluation. So let's focus on that.

These will pop soon, buying pressure has been here for a couple of weeks now.

Welcome the prophet.

I reckon there's another 300k or so in the overhang.

-these look interesting to me, in with a few.
-Could see some sort of tie up or whatever with VIY being beneficial to both parties, but , that aside, RSI look fundamentally undervalued, imo.

300K buy through there - this will hopefully just pop up at some point when they run dry of shares.

I quite like the fact we can buy at 2p when the directors were buying at 3p and the most recent placing was done at 4p offering 100% upside just for them to be back in the money.

The placing before that was done at 10p which was done at a premium of 20% on the share price

I think directors will be buying again when the results are out and the closed period has ended.

I would guess OHM would make a natural fit for RSI. There is also GTC/VIY?

Not sure if there is an overhang here, if there is it can't be that big. They want the full offer for over 350k shares.

Maybe there is a few hundred k at 2p to shift?

One tip from one of the small tip sheets and this share price will go mad with the limited free float.

Well once all the shares are in safe hands I think we could see a major uplift in the share price here.

I think we will be trading at c. 6p v. soon.

I had a very interesting email from a certain tipster interested in RSI. He is looking in to them now.

Fox Davies target of 13p v a 2p share price offers a lot of upside both short, medium and long term. The story is just beginning.

qwazi, yes and now the share price is 1/3 rd of that at 2p : )

Management buy out maybe?

10p will do me.

chrisis33 - yes, I think the strategic review is very interesting. My original view was that one of the major shareholders wants to see it sold, and I still think that is the most likely. However, perhaps it was just a case of the management being frustrated by the share price. I note in the last annual report they said:

The directors believe that the current share price of 6.6 pence per share is some way below the underlying value of the Group and its future prospects following the disposal of the marine CSEM acquisition business on 2 November 2010.

And I think that trading has only improved since then.

Don't worry, I've answered my own question. It's in the 9 Nov RNS:

The Board is keen to capitalise on the industry's renewed focus on RSI's services and value proposition and has therefore engaged Simmons & Company International Limited ('Simmons') to assist in reviewing the strategic options available to RSI and its operating divisions, WSS and WISE. When completed, this strategic review may result in proposals to restructure, sell part or sell all of the Company.
