31/1/2012 01:02 | The Prophet, very true. Only one thing to add, which is I have seen insti's report their holdings several months LATE! | bones30
30/1/2012 18:20 | As RSI are in takeover talks, holders owning over 1% of the shares have to inform the Market and also every subsequent trade thereafter. I assume the seller who sold 1.5m today needs to RNS their holding, assuming it's the same person. 158m shares in issue meaning 1.58m is 1% so 1% nearly sold today alone. If we don't get one tomorrow I'll contact the takeover panel and ask why not. Be great when the overhang gets cleared so would be nice to know how many they have left. | christianf12
30/1/2012 14:19 | Suspect we will get an RNS soon for these 500k sells. | christianf12
30/1/2012 11:52 | Good buying now! | christianf12
30/1/2012 11:08 | -stocktrade giving me 2.05 sell 250K, 2.125 buy 300K -still a bit of stock to shift methinks, but situation improving. -good to get more contract news today. | the prophet
30/1/2012 10:05 | i get a quote to sell 50K for 2.18p. But 2.12p to buy. | chrisis33
30/1/2012 09:53 | That is called backwardation : ) It means one mm wants stock whilst the other is probably working a sell order. It means once the seller is gone, up we will go : ) | christianf12
30/1/2012 09:38 | Real sell price more than the buy price? That's what I was seeing a couple of minutes ago. If the flow of news continues this should rerate. And remember still considered a sale of all or part of the business. Nice share to be in at present given the lowly cap IMO. | chrisis33
30/1/2012 09:02 | Picked up another 150K...still awaiting funds :-( | multibagger
30/1/2012 08:52 | Last time I saw contract news kept being released was AVN a few years ago at around 160p. They stayed around there for a few weeks and then shot up past 700p. I can see a similar action here when the seller has cleared and there is nothing stopping us from being re-rated. Take advantage I say. | christianf12
30/1/2012 08:50 | Added this morning. RSI keeping momentum up on the contract front. | chrisis33
30/1/2012 08:30 | Looks like there is a seller, Hopefully they will be finished soon and we can achieve a more realistic share price. FD's target of 13p will do me : ) Fundamental value goes out of the window when there are sellers needing cash but for the patient investor, offer some tremendous oppurtunities. With only 158m shares in issue and 500k being .33% of that, maybe we will get an rns containing holdings so we know who the seller is and how many they have left. I am going to be buying more. | christianf12
30/1/2012 07:44 | Another contract, well done the management team again! | christianf12
30/1/2012 07:11 | Print Mail a friend Monday 30 January, 2012 Rock Solid Images Contract Update RNS Number : 3144W Rock Solid Images plc 30 January 2012 Rock Solid Images plc Award of a Reservoir Characterisation project with a total value of $0.7 million Rock Solid Images plc (AIM: RSI) announced today that the Company has been chosen to provide rock physics-driven reservoir property inversion services to a leading exploration company, in the offshore transform margin of West Africa. 27/1/2012 15:30 | I wonder if that trade there clears out a seller? I see GTC are getting some attention also today. | christianf12
27/1/2012 14:36 | Every little bit of coverage helps : ) | christianf12
27/1/2012 14:32 | -new edition out week-end after this, i think. Long shot, but you never know! | the prophet
27/1/2012 13:20 | The Prophet, already done that a couple of weeks back : ) I know he was intrigued by the managements comments regrading the share price failing to reflect the progress made in the past year or so : ) He could certainly move the share price on any recommendation. | christianf12
27/1/2012 13:11 | TP, thanks. I think you only need to compare the market caps of RSI & VIY to see where we could be heading with a few more contracts. Fox Davies have a 13p target and the current share price is 2p. That alone offers massive upside for an illiquid tiddler. | christianf12
27/1/2012 12:51 | That's very confusing in its presentation isn't it. I wish the powers that be would make holdings RNSs easier to read. | chrisis33
27/1/2012 12:48 | now 2.25p to buy | chrisis33 |
