Loaf,

didn't you say Whitman Howard were Tosca's advisors/broker?

Do you think Tosca may have been pushing for a placing last year, instead of taking on debt...But the share price wasn't high enough to make it worthwhile...

Over 4% fall on less than 30K trades means nothing, a 4% fall on big volume may mean something!

23.4p is a good price to add to ones position!

loaf,
really!!!

Go on enlighten us...
What about ads.txt, GDPR, The Trading Desk, fee transparency...
Or do you only comment after brokers and 1R have commented and follow them like sheep...

Your last post pretty much says it all when it comes to your actual knowledge of this company. i.e not much.

Caution is the watchword here.

The projections for 1R 2018-21 in the F-4 document submitted to the SEC on Jan 4 2018 should clearly be taken with a large pinch of salt as the document itself states 20 times over. But the 2017 guidance might be expected to be more credible, no?

If only because it was submitted after the year end and there are a lot of lawyers watching in the USA.

So how do you reconcile the 1R F-4 estimate of a notional bottom line net loss of $27m for the full calendar year 2017, with the Numis forecast of $4m net profit after tax for the 12 months to March 2018.

In my opinion it cannot be done because the divergence is too great and the Numis forecast is simply off the wall. My estimates suggest at least $21m in losses in 2017-18.

So maybe the share price is being propped up here, not kept back. Best wait and see what the full year trading update says in a few weeks time.

Apart from Jam tomorrow that is.

Does anyone here think GDPR is going to be a problem for R1 or other websites?

I know you have to op into it as the default setting is op out but I feel website will not give you full access unless you op into it just like you do with cookies so maybe a few weeks of disruption more people are just settings but hopefully will be a long-term problem

Anyone idea the effect maybe or could be

JohnnyC - you are shorting to zero, i am long for a first draw at £24 on my core holding. Time will tell who wins.

Calling names and attacking the company is the way of a failed trader.

Footy - old Johnny Boy is as bent as any poster I have seen before....I use him!

Any poster that agrees with a single word he says - goes on my register and is investigated.....there has always been an ADVFN common denominator!

So the guy has his uses - albeit limited!

Footy - that is a fair point, but that has enabled large investors with clout to build a holding that will dictate the share price when those facts and figures are presented to the market.

Small investors and traders will have limited stock - and the price will be dictated going up, in much the same way it was coming down!

So a fast growing company with no supply chain for interested investors - what do you think that means?

A cleverly worked plan that looks near completion! £££;£££££££

Cromw3ll reason the share price is so far behind is down to the management/board by continually putting out statements like in-line with market expectations rather than like their competitors who put out facts and figures so the market can correctly evaluate them and not have to guess

Catching up? lol now that is an understatement and some. It's appalling how behind the share price is on expectations of long term holders.

MidasX the thing that worries me is that the day we catch up and put out decent set of results is the day market crashes and we just tread water
