You know Barky, it seems that you don't work for a living, most people actually do and that has to be respected.

But it looks like career criminals have seen an opening here and formed some kind of a slick operation to ramp like hell and skin PIs.

Absolutely, if the wind changes and they are making headway then it maybe worth investing.... the new management might turn things around... Let's see what they have to say when the AR is published... any credible evidence, growing cash, profits etc to show they have turned it around?

Until there's any credible evidence, imo, 1R remains a punt and on short term trading...

Funny, with revenues of around $500m expected for fy2019, the current mcap is around 1/2 of fy2019 revenue expectation.... now where have we heard that before.. ;-)

Absolutely and regarding the business case, the BoD have been saying similar for years - read any of their fy reports...


"You would do far better (IMO) to read the annual report and the F4 to get a sense of the business case. I would suggest the CEO's report and the corporate strategy section of the 2017 annual report."

As you say, read the CEO's review, fy2014, page 7 & 8.... whatever did happen to Skyrocketplayer????

Overall Ecosystem is mentioned 36 times...



In the review section, pg4.. 4 yrs ago, talk of Connected TV...

"Our goal is to extend the success we have demonstrated on the desktop platform to
smartphones, tablets and connected TV, and expand into international markets."


One of the risks mentioned in fy2014 report, pg14:

"We rely significantly upon our management team for their strategic vision, industry knowledge and leadership; the loss of key members could
have a significant adverse effect on the business."

They've just had a change of managment, haven't they?





So a lot of jam tomorrow.... and unlike 2014, there's now several recent industry challenges to overcome... ITP, fee transparency, GDPR, Google's ad blocker etc...

How are they doing compared to others in the industry?
Will industry challenges affect them or are they opportunities for 1R?

Will the new management be able to turn things around? Maybe they will, we'll see...

Now what is this about HP and Mike Lynch, this case just won’t go away.

What on earth did Lynch get up to, HP have had a few bad takeovers but this is the only one that really rankled with them.

Sorry but I thought he behaved disgracefully, taking the money and running for the hills at the first opportunity, instead of sticking around to ensure that HP got value from the deal. HP deserved better, they are a class act.

Looks like he thought he could fool the Yanks and get away with it, just like he fooled us. Bad miscalculation Mike.

A bit like Barky loading up here in the 40s, now desperate to find some mug punters to buy in so that he can offload.

You believed gowlane was being serious when he described Rupert Murdoch as a 'philanthropist'.!!!!!!!

p.s. I've met Murdoch twice. A cool customer. I realise you've met David Hasselhoff, of course. Can't compete with that.

In 2013, when the share price was rising and gowlane and I were invested, digi posted this and changed the ref from our real ids..why would he do that???

But it's not about managing or criticism of your own investment, it's ok if the gang's mates do it... it's about the gang trying to persuade anyone who can be swayed to read their threads and their mate's posts..
Have a search on the threads, no mention of ads.txt, fee transparency or any other industry challenges until the company themselves mention it...
