Hi Jarvis - I am not really following the case but I do know that Mr. Lynch is a Gentleman that would not do anything outside the rules..everything possible inside. lol

Scaffolders know him - he is a hands on kinda guy that would oversee the smallest of deals - and for all the companies he was involved.

The Yanks are trying to save face, they will end up with egg on it!

CFO or CEO - it will be FO for all the HP lightweights!

I see the Yanks have gone for the CFO rather than Mike Lynch. Given the price agreed between the parties and the reputation in the City which Autonomy had for ‘best look’ accounting, HP had their ‘due diligence’ teams crawling all over Autonomy.

To then write down the value of Autonomy to the extent they did after just twelve months suggests either gross incompetence or criminal negligence (or indeed both) in my view.

The big problem of course is that HP are a US business and the action is being brought in the US. The fact that it is a British company in the dock only makes the chances of successfully defending against this action rather slim.

This article states OpenX Publisher uplift for the top 20 publishers was more than 130%...

That is a long way ahead of 1R's comments of publishers revenue increases of up to 40%...
