Barky, apols for late reply, travelling all day, no reception.

Something has rattled the ad tech scene, possibly TTD as 'bell weather' type stock, at least for me - YuMe has several tracker funds which probably buy/sell sectors, initiating automatic selling, Vanguard in one I think.

Agreed, on YuMe probably more attractive due to the arb when available, that said I still have some reservations about Q3 as already highlighted.

It's been a while since I looked at FTSE stuff, some of which seems good value, VOD for example (good results today).

where have I said 1R is a basket case...
I've repeated that if 1R provide the solid financials and outlook and not jam tomorrow then the share price will take of itself...

I don't think Having a situation where there is still a lack of clarity in some areas, cash, fill rates etc, helps, does it? You can disagree but that's what discussions are for, isn't it????


There's still a lot of industry challenges out there.. and I don't think 1R are as immune as some claim...

Imo, at the moment it's a punt worth around 1/2-2/3 revenue...

Provide solid believable figures and then I might re-think....
Proof is in the pudding...

Looking into this a bit more Sikh, Sizmek acquired Rocket Fuel for $145m, their 2016 revenues were $456m, so that is about 1/3 of revenues as as you have said.

So how would that work out for us. We are running at about $114m revenues for H1. Add $17m for a full 6 month contribution from Radiumone, gives us $131m for 6 months, or $262m for the year.

Yume will add another $160m so we can expect $420m in annual revenues, and one third of that is $140m.

We will have about 80m shares out at that stage I believe, so that is about 175 cents, or 135p a share.

This is not a prediction of any kind, but it is a tough market out there and if they do not turn this around quickly, then who knows.

If you take off the value of Perk+Radium One+ Cash from our Mcap the rump Rone is worth a big fat zero!

Classic value creation.

From memory someone bought Rocket Fuel for $170M a few months back.

I would wager Rone should be worth more than nothing?

Amazon is their guess - but just a guess!

Tosca's family were responsible for trying to kill RTHM - you can't beat them, you join them....other than that, not a bad post.
