I am at a loss to understand the Yume trading today - we could see a play as soon as our markets close here, trap the RTHM price..other than that I'm stunned, and I'm not alone.

Johnny Boy - that was not a no!

There are certain posters I trust on here more than others - you are the least trustworthy on here and the LSE bb. I think we have seen over the last month or so you are very much disliked by the majority of readers, I wonder why?

If amt thinks I was off handed with him - it would be nice if he spoke to me about it, and not through you.

Are you now the spokesman for amt?

I was very polite to amt as I am to Shroder..I would not say I am impartial, but kind of you to mention it.

I am positive RTHM and have a nice hedge Yume.

Barky, given you like to portray yourself as impartial and a good guy... lol

Given you said to amt that as he has no financial interest so his view is irrelevant..
would you like to repeat that comment to Shroder, who's just posted on Football's thread???....lol

Last month, I speculated that the loan might be $25m... ;-)

The current Yume cash position is currently higher than the required min of $32m..
and they are 'expecting' some additional cash during this qtr..

sikhthetech - 17 Oct 2017 - 13:48:30 - 5523 of 5866 RHYTHMONE - new Name, new Beginning??? - RTHM
Cash position...

I think they may need to raise more cash...

Current Cash is $37m
Yume acquisition is $60m

Loan: $25m(?? not sure exact amount)

Yume, min cash: $32m

Balance after repaying loan: $7m

Will they need to raise some more cash... Some cash from Rad1 is expected but still will it be enough for operations...
They'll need to be cash generative going forward....

Maybe repaying the loan was the reason for the min. cash condition of $32m as part of the Yume acquisition...

"Currently we are not aware of any securities analysts following the Company."

No chance of YuMe talking about consensus estimates then.

Both Yahoo! Finance and Google Finance reporting YuMe earnings date as today.

A whole 2299 shares traded in the first 15 minutes according to Yahoo!

Doesn't feel like the first trading session after results.

"We have periodically experienced, and in the future we may experience, growth in our business"

Thought this was a funny (ha ha) comment (admittedly out of context) from last night's YuMe filing. Hardly the most gung-ho of statements from a company led by Singer. Taken from the risk statement on managing growth. Goes to show (IMO) how the obsession with detailing pages and pages of almost every conceivable risk to cover potential liability down the line can seriously affect the presentation of the business - to the extent where the risk section itself all seems to become a bit meaningless.

If it was filed on the wrong day then this Company will definitely fit well with the R1 ethos of ever increasing omnishambles and decreasing cash.

Has anyone seen any commentary on YuMe's results? I haven't (apart from on the UK bulletin boards).

Is it possible the filing accidentally went out a day early and there is still a press release scheduled for this evening?

I followed JonC's good example and took out a short position ten days ago. I have already made back half the money I have lost on this. Thanks JonC
