Sikhers, I remember a time when Pace Micro fell below 20p - share price approached 13p. A steal.50% fall is not that great.You dont lose until you sell.

Idle speculation (and maybe wishful thinking) time.

One possible reason for the further delay (beyond the "later in October" date given by Ted at the General Meeting) in filing the F4 would be if R1 and YuMe were involved in some attempted renegotiation of terms. Pointless putting out an F4, I would think, if they think there is a high probability of the terms being changed before completion.

Amazing ... analyst commentary positive, management go out of their way in unexpected RNS to emphasise that performance on track ... yet share price continues to slide ... my guess is that this one will be bouncing back .. it's a bloody rollercoaster.
