Just to add to the good news.

Norges Bank are on the cusp of a 5% declaration, holding 4.78% as of mid July.

They have been adding on a monthly basis since last year.

They are a massive fund but tracking their investment in Rhythmone, fully supportive.

Funny Sikh, I'm sure I read the ii interest was the reason you just bought back In? Now it's cash and Tosca? Correct me if I'm wrong, I often am.

Tosca and cash are my main interests here... The other IIs are interesting but currently below 10% and not so interesting as Tosca....


However, if you look at SLE... don't they have over 50% holding there..
Haven't the shares been suspended (6/7 weeks now) due to a delay in publishing accounts?.


Tosca have also been increasing their interest in SGI... which is up for sale...
The 'Hope' is SLE will come back from suspension and get taken over..
SGI will get taken over at a decent premium...


The fact Tosca have a holding doesn't guarantee anything...

STT, when Tosca does a deal, I am fairly certain 'Hope' is not an emotion that enters their reasoning. Investing the kind of sums they do, a guaranteed return on their investment will be in the bag, bar a nuclear war, plague of locusts or pestilence which wipes out half of mankind...Myself, I am like the seagull, following the trawler.

I have asked and emailed ADVFN to remove the edit option from posts or at least have them highlighted in a different colour so you can see any edits. The LSE message boards don't allow edits and you have to email them so they can change which stops a lot of unsavoury people posting their

take SGI... Lombard Odier holding is just over 29% - Henderson holding and Lombard took them over...

Despite the crash in sp, Lombard hasn't made a move... the company is currently going through takeover talks...

Tosca have been increasing, although by small amounts..

I suspect they are hoping to make some money if it is taken over....

I would have thought that IIs want to make money for their clients and therefore, their businesses...

What about RG, there was a lot of speculation that there was collusion between RG & Tosca as they had previously worked together.. what happened to that speculation...

Are the II invested in 1R active or passive?...
The level of II investment shows they either have confidence in 1R or they are hoping the share price is at a level which might attract a takeover - either way, they are hoping to make some money for their clients...
are the II making money by loaning out stock?

Remember Blackrock had a substantial holding and were loaning out stock hoping the company will do well and therefore forcing shorters to close their position -
What happened? Blinkx announced a shock profit warning....


At the end of the day, it's up to 1R to deliver....

Good morning all - bit of a late one last night. First of all, thank you severnof9..it's kinda nice to see at least one person appreciates the time, effort and lucky info I put in to help the good guys on here.

The city is just a place to secure men in suits will always tell men in boiler suits - what to do - we know our place ah?

As a barrow boy - I am here to tell those that think they wear boiler suits...you have a lot more class than the savill row city slickers that have less class than a clip joint operator.

Cranky if you had the intelligence to understand my cryptic clues - you would be aware I am always correct....even the 240p went within a rizla. Although gangsters played a blinder there, by bringing the name Harvard into it halting the target instantly - just before the 240p I seem to remember.

I hardly post on any other thread - my record on all stocks ain't too bad? lol There have been stocks where I have posted my buys in exact amounts before I have actually bought...that helped a lot of readers.

Cranky - I am a person that laughs a lot, I manage my anger these days....one of the reason I laugh is because I know the likes of yourself, Johnny Boy, Gowlane, Slap head Benny, Loopy and Fluffy will always do money.

Since I am being serious now - you will have noticed two protagonists names missing, Alex and Precinct - there is a little hope for those two, a little...grab the olive branch or fall out of the tree!

RhythmOne (LSE: RTHM), on the other hand, is not expected to endure the same sort of near-term earnings problems as CLS.
In the year to March 2018, the digital advertising expert is expected to flip to earnings of 1.8 US cents per share from the losses of 4.45 cents chalked up last year. And the good news does not end here, the business predicted to see earnings gallop to 5.3 cents per share in fiscal 2019.
Values investors may be out off by RhythmOne's weighty forward P/E multiple of 24.3 times. But I reckon now could still be a good time to plough into the California company as its transition into fast-growing mobile, video and programmatic products clicks through the gears (sales in these areas soared 28% year-on-year in fiscal 2017).
