River & Mercantile thesis for investing in R1 as a recovery stock.

Came across this, R&M's 4Q 2016 report for their UK long-term recovery fund. On page 19 there's a paragraph explaining their logic for holding (and indeed adding to) R1 in 4Q. Makes a good read.

As you say Loaf, someone's on the other side of all the sells. I guess this could easily continue until the first quarterly update of this new financial year, or until it becomes obvious that RTHM have returned to real profit and cash generation - or not. On the other hand....
