06/6/2017 16:15 | I'm not sure I believe Tosca was the buyer. There have been many players in this gradual accumulation. Tosca, if desired, could have reached the 30% a long time ago. I'm going to South France from tomorrow for 3 weeks. Hopefully, we receive a TU early July. GLA | stocky

06/6/2017 09:03 | An aside - It is unthinkable how someone can have so much malice and hatred that they can randomly stab/run over strangers or blow up kids at a concert. Senseless. | stocky
06/6/2017 08:11 | Morning all has anyone got or seen a link or the broker note saying that Numis have put 72p price target on 1R yesterday if so that's a pretty big markup from their last price target of 52p a few months back | football
05/6/2017 23:15 | gl, yep, more smoke and mirrors.. although there's nothing to suggest there was any non-core... I'd be really concerned if they bought Perk knowing there was a significant non-core element... surely, they are not that stupid??? hmmmm.. | sikhthetech
05/6/2017 22:50 | so some of Perk may have been non core, or not, we are left guessing and wondering as usual this is taking smoke and mirrors to a whole new level | gowlane

05/6/2017 14:30 | 1gw, They were able to accelerate the draw down of non-core after they bought Perk... H1 non-core: $13.729m Perk contribution: $13.1m virtually same revenues... one replacing the other..hence they were able to accelerate the draw down of non-core Where do they say that there's non-core Perk revenue?... and even if there was 'some' non-core, it's unlikely to be a significant proportion of the $13.1m, is it? | sikhthetech
05/6/2017 10:50 | Just to update my speculation on what happened, given the additional reported trade. It now looks to me as though the following is credible: 7.2m at 41.916p - sell 7.2m at 42.00p (4.8m + 2.4m trades at 42.00p) - buy 2.4m at 42.00p - sell 2.4m at 42.084p - buy So still consistent with someone having picked up around 9.6m - a number which if it were Toscafund would I think take them very close to 30%. I note that in this scenario the (market maker's?) margin on each sale appears to be the same at 0.084p/share. | 1gw |
