02/6/2017 09:07 | It's very dangerous having over 23% of your revenue from 1 customer...Perhaps the customer was the largest customer of Perk and the increase came across due to the Perk acquisition... | sikhthetech
02/6/2017 08:58 | Loaf good luck with that email and the reply, 1gw thanks didn't you or someone post that Brian's shares options at 50p had a timescale built in to them and the longer it took the share price to recover the higher that option price got? | football
02/6/2017 08:43 | football - no he didn't take a £500k hit in wages! If you compare the elements of the "total remuneration" they changed as follows from FY16 to FY17: Base salary: Unchanged at $500k Annual bonus: Increased from $62k to $355k Long-term incentive: Decreased from 913k to $39k The bonus in FY16 was actually earned in FY15 but paid in FY16, with no additional bonus earned in FY16. So it looks like Brian had a very good FY17 from a performance perspective with a $355k bonus awarded vs zero bonus earned in FY16. The big apparent fall in overall remuneration comes because of the valuation of the long-term incentive awards. This is the notional gain (at the end of the financial year I think) on all shares/options which vested during the year relating to ongoing long-term incentive schemes. So in FY16 2.3m RSUs vested whereas in FY17 only 0.1m RSUs were exercised. I think the change in language (from "vested" to "exercised" is due to the change in the option scheme to have options vesting but not exercisable until a share price threshold is reached - e.g. the famous 50p and 7m options). At least that's how I read it. | 1gw
