Amt, the figures improved because of Perk and their 'engaged' customers...If the reviews are true then on the one hand they have lost a lot of those 'engaged' customers but on the other they have increased the number of ads...

The Core/Non Core has alaways been smoke and mirrors, it is all income at the end of the day. I would like to seem some actual numbers projected for actual profit for full year 2018! Then again that would give the board some REAL numbers to live up to and be measured against.

The reference to rich media is the most interesting to me. That was SC's forte and today R1 say that is their fastest growing and most profitable segment of the business - or words to that effect.

Agree it reads well as a whole, but coming in at just $175m revenue & $1.2m adjusted EBITDA for FY17, both including Perk I presume, is pretty disappointing, given the statements earlier in the year about being well ahead of expectations (which were for a return to adjusted EBITDA profitability). They have the cover of the "accelerated drawdown" of non-core product lines to mitigate this and having got rid of non-core, it sets up FY18 very nicely.

Cash seems reasonable given the 1H position and the contribution from Perk (which had $11m as of 30th September 2016), but still some cash burn in the half.

A fairly hefty bottom-line loss can be expected for FY17 when we see the full accounts.

SP should go up a lot as so many sceptics but now the figures show this amazing turnaround is for real.

The difference here than with any other company update - is stock availability.

Reads very well. AND IMO we have only just scratched the surface with video. It was only recently incorporated in the offering?
