I've been saying for a while that Tosca didn't make a move a year ago, when they owned 29% so nothing to suggest they will now...
I hope none of the so called 'experts' and scaffolders with their claims of 'inside knowledge' are trying to copy it just because Tosca haven't made any announcement... lol

Keep up at the back, so slow...

BARKERS - I have taken the view that Tosca are not looking to bid given how careful they have been not to hit 30%. Also, they would probably have made their move when the share price was mid teens.

I suspect they are here for the ride, like a number of us who have watched the new business slowly being built as their market has changed.

More in tosca's interest to see r1 sold to a bigger adtech player and keep some skin in the game. Probably too good to be true though.

BARKBOO not sure about being sold off cheap to Tosca as the only time I've heard them(1R) swear and almost lose it was when I suggested in a phone call that the share price was be manipulated so Tosca for a take over the company cheaply and they were compliant with it.
So as much as it seems by looking at the trading patterns/algorithms and the Rns that Tosca may bid for 1R I don't think they getting any help from 1R by the reaction I got from 1R.
What I did get from them which doesn't come across in their PR was how upbeat they were about the company and its future and didn't sound like they were going anywhere soon as a were planning for the future which doesn't sound like someone who knows a bid was coming and just treading water till it happens.
Could be totally wrong and get taken out Monday but you never know until the fat lady sings.

So Loopy - "Its obvious this is going to be sold off on the cheap" so lets take your reasoning....You take out a short position @18p, then tell this thread it will be sold or taken out, I presume you mean by Tosca - and you say this on a day when it is trading at 41.75p

I take it you do know when this is "sold off on the cheap" as you claim is obvious - will mean at a premium of the share price ..lol

You know this will be sold and you hold a 18p short? - I do believe there is only one lunatic around here.

Btw - when this is sold off on the cheap, it will be at least 240p..and that would be very cheap!
