Perk O & O sites..

Perk's latest results were for 9 months to end Sept... as no further results 1R possibly based their DD on those results...

so...
Travel-wise:
After their qtr3 results, travel-wise rankings collapsed...

wheelscene:
from Sept to Nov wheelscene rankings collapsed, recovered a bit and now level... still not as high as time of qtr3 results...

Newlifeoutlook:
since qtr3 newlifeoutlook rankings fell but leveled off from around Dec.. but still not as high as qtr3 results..

The news I have read over the last week or so and indeed since the last update, one has to wonder how MM's have manage to keep a lid, or come to that even reduced the value of this baby?

There has been demand pressure outside the Tosca machine - Scaffolders guess?

Tosca goes out and buys another 7 million after the Perk deal - what does that tell you about that deal.

The company told us - "The Acquisition accelerates the Company's strategy to build a unified programmatic platform with unique audiences of uniform quality at scale. Through Perk, RhythmOne gains access to a number of premium consumer mobile apps and web properties, adding exclusive inventory to the Company's supply side portfolio, as well as strategic demand relationships. The Acquisition also brings onboard a talented and experienced executive team with deep industry experience, and is expected to be accretive to RhythmOne in the first full year of ownership."

Q3 update had already told us, "RhythmOne's Q3 2017 financial performance was in line with previously upgraded expectations for FY2017"

Aligned with its stated growth strategy - "RhythmOne continued to ramp its Core mobile, video and programmatic capabilities and, specifically, RhythmMax - its unified programmatic platform. During the Period, the Company integrated a number of new global programmatic demand and supply partners, and entered into five new EU markets, bringing the total to 14 in the year to date. As planned, the Company also expanded its platform infrastructure, doubling its data center capacity in Amsterdam to help scale new supply and demand activity in the EU region - with additional expansion planned for the Asia Pacific region later in the year."

So we look forward to next weeks update with interest - my one wish is that the update will make it impossible for mm's to continue this ridiculous deception!

I have been calling the 40%er for some time - the corner is firmly in place, that 40%er will be the start of a very enjoyable ride.....Looking forward to Johnny Boy and Gowlane reaction........................priceless!

Mmmm. Ok. Most disagree with me. I still say good news usually comes early. Why 11th Barkboo? It was first week of April last year. I'm fully loaded but have paid over 40p for 50% of what I have so don't need any shocks to the downside.
