What percentage of perk shareholders are locked in (majority), STT?

there were 88m shares issued to Perk shareholders and majority of them are still locked in...

How does the SoL rise by 8m to 18m in Dec and subsequent fall of 5m to 13m in Feb help those Perk shareholders and those still locked in..


the shares were issued at 38p, loaning would have involved a fee and selling at 38p (same as the issued price)...
