Snapchat IPO: $24bn app jumps as much as 40pc in blockbuster tech float - and makes 26-year-old founder Evan Spiegel worth $5bn

And how much is it losing a year?

So, the 'not for profit' Snapchat is worth $24bn. Better PR than R1 I guess.

Being retired is no excuse for not knowing the background of shareholders in r1. Why invest if you don't know the details. That will just make you emotional, kendo. Swing from one view to another. If you know what's going on you can make a measured decision. Give it a go.

so what is the verdict here then, are Perk shareholders running for the hills or not?

Tosca are certainly doing Trojan work mopping up all these shares that are coming to the market, only for them the share price would be down around our ankles

now SBM has to do his part and deliver a strong trading performance

Kendo. I wouldn't say R&m at 5% was a small holding.

This will not go for less than 240p - we personally think it will be a lot more....those that are suggesting 50p or less are leveraged or out!!

Lance, Tosca saved from being bought out for pennies and provides a moat against raiders for now.The Welshman knows a person or too at Tosca, you can be sure of that. The rest of the holdings are of simply small private holders under the banks and H&L...Norges Bank are the only other.Sorry Lance....but if their was interest we would not be at 37p today.

Kendo. I wouldn't agree there is no other institutional interest. Take a look at the institutional holders on the FT website. There are multiple institutions listed. Some big names too. Norges for example. All pre perk dilution, mind. Then there is The Welsh chap with 7% or so. I'm not sure what you mean about tosca saving r1. The cash in the bank was the lifeline.

Incidentally, the people number for Feb in the header looks wrong, if you were quoting US monthly. I think it was 197m.

Ad transparency rows add to late payment headache

"The harsh reality is that payment terms between advertisers and their vendors have slowed by an average of 20 days since 2013. What is worrying is that they may soon have to wait 120 days or even 150 days for invoices to be settled if a way is not found to resolve transparency arguments quicker."

"A lack of working capital caused by revenues tied up in slow paid invoices will stop you developing your technology, increasing your inventory sources, or hiring new talent for the good of your clients."
