yes, news articles do point to a Duopoly and possibly Amazon adding to the competitive industry... it is also very dynamic, rapidly changing (header bidding being an example)...

Don't forget Rubicon Project were considering putting themselves up for sale...

It's not surprising.. didn't they already say that Ted is staying on, although didn't mention in what capacity... and still haven't...
also there are still a lot of 1R shares locked in by Perk Shareholders, so it makes sense for him to stay...


Given he has experience as a CEO and President, it's going to be interesting to see how BM and SC get on with Ted.... Ted might also be in line to take over from BM or SC...

It's great to see a new executive director at last - someone who should be able to provide some proper challenge to Brian.

But what is his job title? Given the "based in Ontario" comment it sounds like he might be running Perk to start with or heavily involved in its integration. It also sounds from some of the comments like he might have a bit of an M&A focus.

But wouldn't you have thought that they might have spelled out his role clearly in the announcement?

I think Mr O'Connor was appointed to help prepare 1R for M&A... We're yet to see if Prime Visibility remains non-core or becomes core... It'll also be interesting to see if Verti and Leadimpact's tech is used elsewhere within 1R system and it's subsidaries...
SupportFreeContent is relatively new, released around 6 months ago and remains on an uptrend..

I think 2 main pillars holding up 1R are Tosca and cash...

Let's hope Tosca haven't sold any more...
