10/10/2016 14:41 | But then you dont have any hair geheimnis! how many times are you going to suggest a TU tomorrow with just a thought? But then you dont think eitherdo you. All bodes well for the shorters on the 13th | leluot3
10/10/2016 14:36 | Jarvis mentioned those 2 trades as bullish buys... | sikhthetech
10/10/2016 14:20 | Just a thought? | geheimnis2
10/10/2016 14:14 | Cheers 1gw. | wheeze
10/10/2016 14:13 | Well it certainly wasn't democracy. | yump
10/10/2016 13:59 | wheeze - if you look at the London South East trade listing you can see a correction to a 100k trade placed at 16:28 on 6th October. Two entries of 100k each: the first a deletion and the second presumably the corrected entry (although I can't see any difference in the details reported on LSE). | 1gw
10/10/2016 13:48 | What's happening with advfn ? A couple of 100k trades showing up as 16:28 today ! | wheeze
10/10/2016 13:33 | For the last 2 and a half years, the SharePrice has been manipulated. Twice/thrice expectations have been raised only to be dashed. I'm sitting on my hands for now. | stocky
10/10/2016 13:21 | Who won the second Presidential debate? | stocky
10/10/2016 13:12 | Will you take 89p rocket? | kendonagasaki
10/10/2016 11:01 | Not so sure that I would like a take over. Much rather have organic growth. If this hits a fiver I could retire in clover.. | wheeze
10/10/2016 10:57 | Am fully expecting 1R to deliver the goods this H1 and for this weeks trading update to reflect true inflection point in the shape of some solid numbers and a solid FY outlook. I fancy that some corporate action will be taking place here very soon in relation to a bid from Tosca if the H1 figures please Martin 'rottweiler' Hughes | rocket fuel
10/10/2016 10:53 | oh look, H1 TU update due and AFTER I answer 1gw's post, the confidence tricksters vote up his post - just to get his posts in the top posts list... rinse and spin... lol | sikhthetech
10/10/2016 10:31 | 1gw, because Tosca are the largest shareholder and 1R have their backing... When Blackrock were the largest holder, I used to post more about Blackrock than any other II... I was asked a similar question...answer as below... you can search on qtop's or my previous thread... sikhthetech4 Jul '14 - 07:52 - 12214 of 14597 0 0 Edit Tsmith, Blackrock were the largest shareholder. .. if the largest shareholder sells half their holding over 6 months it matters.. A year ago the bod said that they saw Blackrock's holding as confidence in the business. .. 1gw10 Oct '16 - 10:16 - 1234 of 1236 1 0 Moderate | Ban STT - just curious here. You say that you report news positive and negative while some other posters (and I must say me included now) see you posting with much more emphasis on the negative. In post 1232 you draw attention to Morningstar reporting Toscafund as having fewer shares than in their last published holdings notice. Yet you don't mention that the same Morningstar site shows RG with more shares than in his last published holdings notice (29.7m as per the Annual Report figure, compared to his TR-1 showing 28.0m as of 23rd November 2015). Why would that be? | sikhthetech
10/10/2016 10:21 | 1gw, thanks... that compares with RG's holding after H1 2016 of.. 28,000,000 or 6.94%.. so an increase by RG of approx 1.67m on post H1 2016... Let's see what either of them do post H1 TU or H1 results... and of course R&M, who have increased their holding... | sikhthetech

10/10/2016 10:02 | STT - I think those Morningstar UK numbers are straight out of the R1 annual report. According to the R1 annual report, holdings at 1st May 2016 were: 116,401,705 shares (28.76%) Toscafund 29,677,915 shares (7.33) Richard Griffiths So Toscafund's decrease and RG's increase relative to the most recent TR1's both pre-date the 12th July 1Q update. | 1gw
10/10/2016 09:48 | after H12016 TU, Tosca raised their holding.. to 29%, 116,973, 205 according to Morningstar, they currently have 28.71, 116,401,705, so despite the recent Q1 statement, approx 500k fewer shares than after H1 2016... Let's see what they or RG do after the H1 TU... both appear to be waiting for the results and outlook... | sikhthetech
10/10/2016 09:43 | Yes completely agree, no excuses, no hiding place, Tosca will come looking! LTH have been through the mill with no bonus payments, no share options and no infinity pool! | midasx
10/10/2016 09:31 | Midas. No excuses. Not even one!If they do t come up to scratch can't see Tosca retaining faith in BM.Tosca would need to get actively involved and they are still a finger on the trigger away with needing only 1% to start muscling in.If figures are pleasing then someone somewhere will want some of our action and Tosca will be more than happy for a realistic approach bid. | kendonagasaki
10/10/2016 09:22 | We'll know soon enough if 1R are trading in line or above expectations..althou | sikhthetech |
