Last year they came out with an "in line" update on Friday 9th October.

If it is a very positive statement, there are pros and cons of a Friday release. Pros might be that it is more timely for the weekend press and perhaps that it gives the bulletin boards all weekend to get excited about where the share price might go the following week. A con might be that there isn't quite so much attention being paid by institutional investors in the city. And vice versa I suppose if it's a negative statement.

Monday I think is more difficult logistically as I imagine they would want the option of wordsmithing the press release until the last possible minute and the weekend rather gets in the way.

Mainly I should think it depends on when they expect to be ready with the various cuts of the data they think they need and how far away from "market expectations" the actual answer is. If they are inline they can be relaxed about the timing, if they are a long way from what the market is (thought to be) expecting then they ought to get the release out as soon as they realise that. Given their 1Q update of "materially ahead" it seems to me they have quite a lot of latitude for a very positive statement but would need to rush out a negative one. So to some extent, no news is probably good news for the longs.

quite a bold move by Criteo paying $250m for HookLogic, not sure if it is all cash or not

they seem to have some unique technology that they really want so hopefully it will keep them busy for a bit integrating all that

we seem to be Plain Jane but maybe all that will change if we start turning a profit again, I would say SBM would be delighted to get an offer

TU early next week hopefully

I have to agree that Mon/Tues would be my choice. (With a decent prep in the Sunday Times)

Friday is network rail/ train crash and bury bad news type of thing.

No RNS, hopefully they are saving it until tomorrow to make our weekend?

Would have thought they would want any positive news to be announced before they start their October marketing events!

Talking of ii's. Hugh Sergeant, Head of equities at River and Mercantile has us as his most overweight holding in all three funds he manages. A good start.

1gw, yes i am aware of the revenue types, and mix changes with desktop to mobile, and have modelled these in another excel format, but I wnated to get a grip of some predictive forecasting using the volumes through the exchange and the other criteria.Crude but it seems to tue in with the other model. I will look at the ii site.
Thanks

Dyardley, I'm not surprised by the lack of interest...They haven't got a good reputation for delivering..And there no guidance or revenue figures to back anything up..Need more IIs interested..brokers comments..Not long until we receive figures and outlook statement....

What the deuce ?

If in doubt, change the name of the company - bit more to talk about I guess and the charts can be started fresh, so the past can be ignored.

I see they are still full of it... Chief Revenue Officer brought a smile.
Is that a Sales Director ?
