Can you provide evidence to the contrary....I have it on good authority, and I have money in this.

You have no money in this and will soon have no money full stop....TLY are crashing and burning!

JonC, lol...

the wannabe cheerleaders who are deep underwater...
They ARE right and no one can dear have a discussion...

The fact is any court action will have an affect on 1R... Just like the blog had an affect...

As the industry moves to fee transparency, 1R must follow or they will suffer...

The cheerleaders think because DataXu can't bring about another court case that they will keep quiet about it when speaking to other partners... yea, right, very naive...

Re 47

It is laughable Sikhy for anyone to think that the litigation settlement relates to the settlement of a class action by YuMe shareholders.

Absolute nonsense.

For the umpteenth time, I do not post as brassneck. I hadn't seen his post when I posted here.

You're obviously happy to keep repeating this lie that I post as brassneck. While it might be just to try to wind me up for embarrassing you on multiple occasions, perhaps it is just your paranoia.

Anyone who shows you up with well-argued rational posts must be the same poster using different id's eh? Just like ginodog must be a member of your imaginary evil gang simply because he appears to know barkboo in real life.

You've become a grotesque caricature of yourself don't you think?

J4,

$10M acquisition costs and a further $5M of exceptionals not to be repeated this year.

I also read that we got $42M in cash from YUME so that's better than we thought.

(There is a $0.9M litigation cost in there which came across from Yume. I wouldn't want anyone to think it was for another case!)

A solid base to move up from.

YuNe?????

I thought you were half way balanced in your comments.

So you think they settled a class action to some YuMe shareholders without informing the Market.

Into the the bin with you mate.

Yes, imo it's Yume related and we will see the amount for Dataxu in the next set of results.
