01/8/2018 12:26 | DataXu won and it cost R1 a million bucks. | jonc
01/8/2018 12:20 | That's what I thought but doesn't stop the daily bash reporting a completely different angle on it! The funny thing is is voting up his post on his own thread and my repost unbelievable | football
01/8/2018 12:08 | Footy - my understanding of the case was that DataXu agreed an out of court payment. "STIPULATION of Dismissal with Prejudice" I believe just means that DataXu could never bring another case on this matter against RTHM....in other words DataXu paid up some of their debt, [agreed amount in the green room, got away with some] paid their own cost because they never won the case, and were told the condition was they could never bring an action again on this particular matter! They lost! | barkboo
01/8/2018 11:44 | Is today the last day of Yume lock in? | fo67
01/8/2018 11:43 | It is not rocket science as to why R1 is languishing at these low levels. | jonc
01/8/2018 11:29 | It’s not rocket science as to why we have a bus load of non holder buffoons protesting here..... Would you spend all day outside a car showroom waving placards hail rain snow or blow, just because it’s not the car you drive?.....no,you made your decision you drive something else,if the car I chose breaks down that is my fault....so jog on buffoons and go protest outside tly hq..... | digitalis
01/8/2018 11:06 | careful barky, you have only just been released from a week in the sin bin. posting fake info on company profits could get you a long stretch in the Scrubs. | rocket fuel
01/8/2018 10:57 | 1R/DataXu had a court case over fees, which only concluded in March... wasn't that over opaque fees???? DataXu have ditched 1R, haven't they?? It's too early to know the knock on effect of that court case and will lead to other partners ditching 1R... | sikhthetech
01/8/2018 10:57 | "seems that barky" lol "false accounting" lol "clever accounting exists in every business" fact! | barkboo
01/8/2018 10:54 | yes Jon, it seems that barky has inside information about some kind of financial cover up going on at r1.. jeez, when the market finds out about this latest false accounting fraud coming out of the so called “cleanest̶ | rocket fuel
01/8/2018 10:52 | Off piste - I think you might be hearing some good news from NANO in the very near future...just a guess as always. Apple - Revenue Up 17 Percent and EPS Up 40 Percent to New June Quarter Records Please do your own research - just trying to point investors somewhere near the right direction. | barkboo
01/8/2018 10:47 | I am merely saying clever accounting exists in every business! Tesco was not clever accounting, yeh? | barkboo
01/8/2018 10:41 | RF - have you ever had a business? lol "not making it.. unless of course they are being deceitful once again." Perhaps you were on the Tesco bod's lol "Three former Tesco directors were the “generals̶ | barkboo
01/8/2018 10:39 | barky, they are losing cash.. not making it.. unless of course they are being deceitful once again. once a liar always a liar I guess. | rocket fuel
01/8/2018 10:33 | JonC your at least 40% down on your short you took out so who's counting the losses then | football
01/8/2018 10:32 | They came after us first for some reason Digi. Either due to SC's "binmen" comment or by some evil scheme from a competitor. It doesn't matter anymore now. The only way this will return to great heights is when the entire ad tech sector/advertisers all demand and implement quality and transparency. Then with our top quality rankings, the sky's the limit. | borgioli
01/8/2018 10:30 | RF - very happy that you confirm they are now clean...I am very happy they are making cash. "As John Maynard Keynes said.. “When the facts change, I change my mind" | barkboo
01/8/2018 10:27 | Stop whining footers and add up your losses. | jonc
01/8/2018 10:24 | So a lot of water has gone under the bridge this last 10yrs,I agree Borg about the returns on listing stateside being a good investment.....I don’t mind saying now when SC bought the zango assets added to our technology turned us into a massive cash generator that stuffed the bank with dollars....the market liked it and jumped aboard because we were only doing what any other company was doing at the time....the flip side was those assets were toxic and my jury is still out as to whether SC made a brilliant move or it incapacitated us in the end?.... Let’s not forget it was that cash generated under SC,s tenure that enabled us to take out a lot of competition and turn us into the force we are today......only real sh*t attracts the flies and we have a greater singer horsefly and a Bonney blue bottle buzzing in the boardroom..... | digitalis
01/8/2018 10:21 | yes barky, they are clean now.. hence they are no longer making any profits and show a loss yoy. without the click fraud malware, the business model no longer works and they are now a loss making, cash burning company. | rocket fuel
01/8/2018 10:20 | Borgioli - I think you will find that BLNX needed to hold the 1 billion valuation as part of Yankkee requirement...it was made sure that valuation was soon lost. lol | barkboo
01/8/2018 10:17 | Spot on rocket. I would only differ in that I believe the multiple ID criminals on here were aware of the click fraud which is why they were so keen to quell all dissent. We all know to whom I refer. | jonc |
