15/10/2018 14:47 | anyone know when the next AGM is? It might be worth attending | crumppot
15/10/2018 14:35 | See Artemis picking up more stock. Must be ruing the day they threw a spanner in the works. They should hoover up and get their average price a lot lower and then get on their knees and beg stonegate to come in with an offer. 160-180p would probably be enough to get it over the line this time. | horndean eagle
12/10/2018 10:09 | Computer playing up!! | crumppot
11/10/2018 22:24 | Mind I used to go on about getting people to dress up as animals and fight? I still think thats a good idea. | volsung
11/10/2018 22:17 | Could you repeat that please... | elsa7878
11/10/2018 15:04 | The food at Pat Val was very poor on the 2 occasions I dined there. RBG is much better as a concept. | crumppot

11/10/2018 14:51 | Surely this is looking pretty good value now? Patisserie Valerie was worth almost £500m, this now at £62m | barvin
11/10/2018 10:01 | The MD should get on the phone to Stonegate and start a discussion. A lower offer than last time in this market will probably be accepted by most shareholders. | crumppot
10/10/2018 20:28 | Could really do with them turning up but I get the feeling we might have heard something if they were. Still if they were opportunitstic then worse times to try your luck | horndean eagle
10/10/2018 17:27 | Too right. Now where are those Stonegate people.........? | jeffian
10/10/2018 17:22 | Entirely predictable | mammyoko
10/10/2018 17:21 | Late RNS :- Revolution Bars Group plc (the "Company") announces that, further to the announcement made on 7 September 2018, discussions regarding a transaction involving a possible acquisition of The Deltic Group Limited ("Deltic") have been terminated. Following a period of engagement and due diligence, the Board has concluded that a transaction with Deltic would not be in the best interests of the Company's shareholders. The Company will continue to focus on delivering the positively received strategy outlined in its preliminary results announcement made on 2 October 2018. | tanneg
04/10/2018 15:49 | looking a little perky today. A couple of large crosses. Not really a huge amoutn more to it than that for now. Sat here praying for a bid. Wishful thinking perhaps but now Stonegate have seen the numbers they might come knocking. | horndean eagle
03/10/2018 10:23 | Ex div 8 Nov. | fizzypop
02/10/2018 23:05 | Looks cheap but I can see this down to 100 pence or a bit lower. Did great on the last bid....hit 220p. So got to be on the watch list | barnetpeter
02/10/2018 13:34 | Really thorough analysis from Paul Scott. Lists the Bull & Bear points..https://www. | yorkshireinvestor
02/10/2018 13:06 | Finncap have reduced numbers for next year to reflect weak q1 and also slowdown in expansion. I guess share price weakness to some extent has reflected that. Without external distractions would hope they can execute well. Bit disappointing no whispers of Stonegate coming back. Hoping they were waiting for results but maybe its just wishful thinking. Whichever big instos turned them down last year would have to go begging and offering them irrevocables before they might change their minds. | horndean eagle
02/10/2018 09:54 | -5% lfl covers the last 3 months with the very hot weather. Should have settled down by now. Needs taking out or a very compelling tie up with Deltic for the shares to really go anywhere. Still can't believe shareholders turned down £2 | horndean eagle
02/10/2018 08:04 | lfl -5% puts a big dent in profits (halves them?) with such a big fixed cost base.. They'll need to stop that trend pronto or they won't exist in a couple of years... | eezymunny
02/10/2018 07:39 | I would say the market knows that the results and trading environment appear unpromising. What is left is whether the market believes in the turnaround being proposed and that actions will talk louder than the ample supply of words from the new CEO. | bones
02/10/2018 07:27 | Well, on first glance doesn't look brilliant. lfl sales decline, onerous lease provisions up and FY operating loss. However, the one saving grace for me is that the company is still highly cash generative, £10.8m Operating Cashflow vs £62m market cap, still seems cheap to me.See how it opens up, could be bumpy today... | yorkshireinvestor |
