Panmure Gordon issued a buy note yesterday (3rd March) on Renovo with a 30p price target that's post all the issues. You're basically buying £100 notes for £50 at c.15p based on the cash at bank in hand. If we get any cash for the disposal of assets then thats on top, plus we may get a tidy reverse. No brainer

MalcTim - wouldn't surprise me if Gartmore were still adding. If they were buying before there's nothing in this notice to discourage them - it looks like cheap cash to me.

Hopefully they'll wind up the company as soon as possible and give the remaining cash back to shareholders.

I suspect this is a for sale sign for the whole company. the drugs pipeline, incl RNVO if anyone else wants to have a go will imo be worth several million and this along with cash, IP underpins the share price The mms will take advantage of impatient PIs for now so expect the share price to drift a bit. But the cost cutting measures suggest to me mgmt are focused on getting a good price, well in excess of the present, for what is a cash rich bio with as good a pipeline as many's the small company. Would'nt surprise me if Shire might be interested but games well be played before anyone shows their hand, and thus the 'inviting' RNS. aimo dyor

strangled - yes 10m undervalued unless there are some current liabilities (see Sep balance sheet) which they didnt mention. I will be very annoyed if there are but you can never be too careful.
