16/2/2011 10:07 | that don't make sense, if they did phase II trial on lover level skin damage they should have done the same for phase III. | madmonkflin
16/2/2011 08:45 | My guess here is that it doesn't work on deep scare tissue post major opps but does on more minor scars and more minor skin complaints. This leaves open the possibillity of a cosmetics deal, which in itself has significant value to a company like J&J. This and cash will underwrite a value in excess of 50p. Not sure if it would need any/many more trials as it's safety isn't an issue and it seems proved in lower level skin damage. | waterloo01
16/2/2011 02:03 | 2bozmo - I will stick with panmure's 30P target myself. Therefore, we reset our price target to 30p and re-iterate our Buy recommendation. Panmure have a note out.. Renovo's phase III REVISE trial on lead product candidate Juvista failed to meet any of its endpoints. The result was surprising and unexpected. Although the press release and subsequent conference call failed to reveal any detail, it would appear that the outcome was unequivocal and very clear. The product does not appear to work. Be that as it may, net of assumed liquidation costs the company has c20p per share of cash and a technology value conservatively worth at least 10p. Therefore, we reset our price target to 30p and re-iterate our Buy recommendation. We downgrade our FY2011 forecasts by 32% and counter-intuitively increase our FY2012 forecasts by 32% as we expect the company to reduce its R&D investment in light of Friday's outcome. | daytraders

15/2/2011 19:02 | Sorry Guys and gals for posting..but...Whils Having a go at them isnt the way forward..giving them time to evaluate is..I aint that experienced (and didnt get in at the top) but buying has continued and the share price appears to have stablised today..Just give it time for them to let us know and the media what went wrong..Im certain that trials in the past have been messed up so whos to say this wasnt?..the product (From the photos) ive seen works and you dont go into funding from majors without proof even before final trails...Something is wrong... N.B i think its quite sad that folks come on here be littling pis they have lost money and rubbing it in..You deserve to lose all your funds..The investment made not just by pis invested but the BOD was based on successful trials not fairy dust... Gl to you genuine holders and hopefully the Prf will find out wat happened and how to put it right | bearhug2
15/2/2011 18:41 | It is the shareholders who come out of this debacle - as one might say - bearing the scars. The staff will all get generous pay-offs, the directors will do very well out of it all. All the creditors will be paid back in full...and of course HM Revenue and Customs will get every penny they're owed. .......For shareholders though it's bathtime. Let us hope Professor Ferguson never, ever, gets to run another public company. His credibility, alas, is shot through. | sandbank
