Can't dispute anything that you say, Knausy, but I think it is a good area to be in, in these ecologically and socially responsible days. Recycling does have a great future. If RWI can just make progress in certain areas I am confident of a return to the heady days of £1 - and then always the possibility of a takeover approach. I'm quietly/cautiously confident!

Thanks Fez77 and Taximania. As a sceptic I'm rarely convinced by analyst predictions, albeit glad to have their analysis. I've been a holder of RWI for a number of years believing that recycling has to be the way forward for the world, it's just that RWI spectacularly managed to get their municipal contracts wrong in the UK. Yes, turnover is up significantly but so also the negative increase in all the other figures as a result, particularly so in EPS (-1040%). We need to see EPS in positive territory and PDQ. I'm slightly reassured by Director purchases and remain a holder for the present.

The 7 analysts offering 12 month price targets for Renewi PLC have a median target of 105.00, with a high estimate of 120.00 and a low estimate of 70.00. The median estimate represents a 42.08% increase from the last price of 73.90.
Renewi plc had revenues for the full year 2018 of 1.57bn. This was 100.94% above the prior year's results."

Good point maybe.
Seems like a lot of us were just after that bounce from 70.
Last half hour it nearly got back there for a re buy :-)

Am I missing something? Just about every figure in the finals was in negative territory and the dividend is being paid out of borrowings. Examples from Operating Ratios and others - EPS -11.4p, ROE -14.11%, EPS Growth Rate -1,040.00%, Pre tax Profit -7.67p. The dividend has been stagnant for 8 years etc etc. Why exactly are posters on this thread so upbeat when clearly so many of their municipal contracts have turned pear shaped? Will it all come right "tomorrow"?

Results look good, surpassing predictions and with a good outlook. Hopefully we will see share price reach £1 again soon.

Bearing in mind the last few yrs results , it would be incautious of the management to splash up the dividend this yr.
I only see one use of the word "headwinds" and no mention of the word "challenging". That seems an improvement !

Well imo, looking at the results, even £1per share is good value; 70 / 80p is like Christmas!!

Steady climb? Not sure about that..this share always seems to just yo-yo between 70ish and just above a quid, can be profitable if you time it right. Agreed this will definitely be a target - it has been approached when it was higher than this so I'm surprised someone hasn't had a crack at buying it yet.

This was a main recommebdation for the Momentum Investor a few months ago at over £1
a share.Has come down cosiderably from that level.However this has now fallen too far
and is a buying opportunityat these levels

doubled postilion at 68.5...can hold for a long time ...might need to at this rate !
