A big increase in the number of shares moving about at the moment. 190 sold last week, 115 under offer this week.

Twodegrees, I think we have got to go by current trades, £300. IMO

Last yr, we were at £220 and then jumped up to the £300 figure, as an indicative price, that's what they currently trade at, and as yet that figure has not been breached!!!!

I prefer your figure £3300

Given that the company appears to be doing well could the share price graph above be changed. To the experts who follow this namely the last few posters....how much do you reckon is fair value for a share now...is 3300 the new stable price or as results are continuing to improve has that £300 been surpassed...

Well those two transaction did not take long from offer to completion. 5@ £290, 199@ £300

The main shareholders have done rather well since consolidation took place at 1000-1 and seeing what EBT has bought maybe taking it private is on the cards.

Good Luck all at least something was salvaged from the wreck that the previous leaches caused.

I had my interim update in the post today, all seems well. Tidy £5 divi per share paid on 9th Dec.

We need a record date though!!!

So the EBT has bought over 1% of the 14601 shares already this year alone??.....

"As an extension of this, the company will now if necessary loan an additional £50,000 per year to the EBT so that the trustees can assist in making a market for larger amounts of shares. This will be an annual agreement subject to our reserve policy, dividend policy,investment requirements and performance of the company. The decision on how to allocate the money to purchase the shares will be decided by the trustees of the EBT. Repayment of loans made to the EBT by the Company will be achieved through dividends received by the EBT and the sale of shares. The EBT has already purchased 150 shares at £300 per share this year."

I still do not know who the Trustees of the EBT are. Anybody?

I THINK I BOUGHT 20,000 SHARES IN 2004 AND THEY BECAME 2 SHARES NOW. COST WAS 6.5 PENCE A SHARE, SO 1300 POUNDS. NOW WORTH ABOUT 600 POUNDS.

I GUESS THERE WAS ALSO A CONSOLIDATION BEFORE 2004.

It could be as much as 5000 to 1 over that time frame. THOSE WITH SMALL AMOUNTS HAD A CHECK SENT FOR THE VALUE.

Cant remember how much I paid for them. Think this was when the whole of the Olympics in Beijing was going to be lit by Reflec - it never happened obviously !

More like 1000 to 1 if not 2000 to 1.

2300 shares would have reduced to almost zero value from the year 2000.

At least 2 lots of consolidations since then as the company almost went bust.

Think there have been two share consolidations looking at my spares spreadsheet.
Haven't got the exact dates but I think;

There was a 50:1 consolidation sometime around April 2007.
Then there was a 100:1 consolidation more recently.
