You only declare it if you are a 40% tax payer, but not until January 2016.

nice dividend payment in the bank but do I need to send a cheque to HMRC re the tax credit...worried I get into trouble if I do not

LLOYDS...They are linked to LLOYDS and IWEB. Probably bank of Scotland and not RBS.

45 on the list wants 10 shares at £300. so why does that not just wipe out trades 35.38, 41,42 and 43, then the buyer wanting 10 x 3300 would have them....
this share trading does not make any sense at all.

You would have had to have loads as they changed like 200,000 shares to 1 at £50 each. Was quite a few years ago, maybe 2007. They had bigger problems in the 1990's but came back strong late 1999, very strong...went from a penny to 42 pence quickly. Then bust I think but got revived again in 2004/2005.

Company wise though, they are better now than they have ever been.

After the sale of 4 shares yesterday, we still have 812 holders. So that sell and buy looks to have tested the market to raise the indicative price!!

I do not see any shares for sale under £200, are you looking as same page as me?????

There are many share WANTED under £200!!!!!!!!!!!!

IMO i expected to see all the under offers moved to sold today, to be able to qualify for divi, if we were a listed so the record date would be end of close today although the date would show a Friday.

It may be different rule here as we are not listed!!!!!! Friday may be the deadline for qualification of divi

philmac I still dont understand how other shares are still trying to be sold at much less than £200 ...explain that please.
