i can see today, on Ref Website that some one has made an offer for 190 shares @ £300, the large amount that was up for grabs has been split.

Interim due any-time now, does someone know something????

confused why the 14 @ £290 have also not been snapped op also!!!

How many shares mentioned on the Feb 2000 certificate?

That was about the time they went from a penny to 42 pence in a few months. Lots of things happened after that with a huge decrease in the value of the company. Consolidations were 1000's to 1. Would need the certificate to be in the millions of shares I guess.

Can someone advise, I have come across an old share certificate (from Feb 2000) which I had long forgotten about. Are these still valid - can I still do something with these ?

Many Thanks

Interim report end of month!!!

2 degs...why put such a large amount up for sale?? They could just as easily be advertised as lots of 10-20.

That i my view for what it is worth

Interesting take...but then why hold them back if they really want to dispose of them.

2 degs..
I have wondered if the shares for sale 489..have been used to slow or halt any increase in our share price

I have also wondered, what would happen to them if the indicative price was to be suggested at £340-£370 range, EDIT...at our interim stage!!!! would they them be
a) snapped up at £300...i doubt it!!!! that may take some time to turn them over!!
b) removed from sale...possibly!!
c) realigned with the new indicative price....more likely so!!

But IMO i think whoever is behind them is trying to peg back the SP!!!!

Nighthawk is even worse...I cannot believe that even after broker announcements it is still performing so badly.

2degs,speaking from experience......

I found no problem selling the quantity that I advertised or gaining the price I wanted. Cheque soon arrived and my updated share cert.

Don't forget that the onus is on Martin to add shares for sale, as per sellers request. He then has to contact any buyer (that may be looking to purchase), then recontact seller.

This is done at no cost to the seller or buyer in commission fees.

It does however take Martin away from whatever else he is doing.

If, he is on annual leave, this process may then take longer!!!

All very quiet re share trades...no buying no selling, all I can say is the negotiations are taking a long time to materialise between those buying and selling.

shareholders now down to 808, 3 sold out, whilst that means someone is accumulating. I still wonder is the 489 shares for sale at £300 has been done to peg the share price at £300 for a period of time, or like today, someone has put up for sale 14 shares at £290, so below the £300 that they have been changing hands for???

Marcw1...yes, there has been a consolidation since that date, I don't recall the exact time it was done, but I am fairly sure it was for 1000:1 of old ref for new.

Perhaps someone else can confirm for you

Two degrees, yes that is true. Is it a ploy to hold the price at this level????

Or, will the individual split them and accept small buy orders, time will tell.

I can see that the individuals who want shares sub £220, still want them!!!!

I doubt very much if they will get their wish!!!!!

We, are now getting closer to an interim release, possibly our share price may have increased above the £300 indicative price. Would that batch then be eaten into!!!!
