06/1/2017 15:31 | Story in The Times today.. Beijing to spend £300bn on clean energy as children choke in class "Beijing will spend £300 billion on clean energy generation by 2020, the government announced yesterday..." Think about it guys... * That's a third of a trillion (GBP not USD)! * 2020 is less than three years away! * That's just spending in Beijing - never mind the rest of China! * Then there's the rest of the world! * Almost all clean energy requires (or is made more efficient by) energy storage! * REDT has one of the best energy storage solutions available! | someuwin

06/1/2017 14:07 | The institutional investors in the placing would have been informed of what's ahead; hence the strong support. Also, how many companies these days allow shareholders to participate via an open offer? So it was fill yer boots time around 8p imo. I'm in from 1.4p(old Camco days) onwards and holding strong. All about execution now. dyor | aishah

06/1/2017 13:20 | Some more for me. My broker wouldn't allow excess applications in the open offer, which means i've just paid not far off 35% more than i had to. Still, in a year's time i doubt i'll be fretting over 3 or 4p. As always, gauage the instantaneous market by getting a quote to sell a lot - if theres a price way above the published offer (as now), then the market makers currently have sold more than they've bought, and a tick up is likely. Not that a tick up or down here or there means much. As well as all the other stuff on here, my thinking is once this gets to £100m cap (16p?), more adventurous funds will be allowed to invest. I bet trout and 12bn can't bring themselves to invest, even if they really feel it has a long way further to go, which i think they must. | pierre oreilly

06/1/2017 13:08 | Just one state... The Baker administration intends to set energy storage targets for electrical utilities, a move that could fortify a developing industry that state officials believe could store 600 megawatts of power by 2025. The Department of Energy Resources (DOER) determined it is "prudent for the Commonwealth to set targets for energy storage systems," DOER Commissioner Judith Judson wrote in a letter to lawmakers Tuesday. | dogrunner11
