There is an interesting fund about to list on the main market : Gore Street Energy Storage Fund PLC

You can find some details here :

and full details including the prospectus here: : use the search box to find IPO Page - you do not have to log in.

What I find particularly interesting is that the list of assets they could/will buy very shortly have different batteries - unfortunately no RedT though. Which means that the updates from the company, once it is up and running, will give independent comparative performance summaries in a commercial environment. Will buy a few just for the annual reports etc.

Once we have completed this transaction, management is intent on growing SIMEC Atlantis Energy to provide attractive returns to our shareholders as a diversified renewable energy company with a balanced mix of mature operational assets as well as appropriate greenfield development projects,” said CEO Tim Cornelius.

In addition to being engaged in the manufacture of tidal energy turbines, Atlantis is the company behind the 398-MW MeyGen tidal energy project in Scotland.

And...

Ross garnaut, the chairman of guptas simec energy told renewable generation that new bigger renewable plants would now require more powerful advanced battery storage.garnaut said "it just so happens are will be much bigger a day more advanced then previous battery technologys like lithium" garnaut said we can now play several roles including load shifting, storage, providing firm capacity for solar farms, back up retail contracts, and play a role in fcas markets. Just to reiterate this is the same ross garnaut from simec energy that was involved with red t's recently rns'd tidal power contracts. You do the maths.

Good work from SBuild on lse....

This is the same guy sanjeev gupta from simec energy that in December launched a merger deal with atlantis resources Ltd to become combined renewable energy partners in a new juggernaut company with the ftse 250 as there favoured next stop. Whilst the shares are suspended until the deal is completed between both parties they are still highly active behind the scenes as we have seen with the red t storage they've agreed in principal and many other snippets of info on the atlantis twitter feed. So now I think we should all start taking note when he says he's going to take on elon musk head to head. Now the market should start taking this all a bit more seriously.

And now you are gonna start making money. Scott is finding hard to make this venture "monitisable". There are LOTS of struggles on the way, so be clever and short this. Make money now, it is sooooo easy. I know you are clever.

I get it! They are lyrics to a song that old people listened to in the 50s? Not sure its related to storage though

Storing storage , made me think how about extending storage?

Yes I realise it's a teaser. But when hydro storage is full that's it. Maximum potential energy surely , let it out and store it, our way, meanwhile ramp up the storage , the water storage, again. Then when needed there's more?Could be wrong! So instead of/ as well as the rush after the Cup final, or Mrs Dales' diary - to make tea - its a four hour base line provision. But the tea power is still there Any body else?

Alch, that would be storage feeding storage! Not sure of any benefit in that.

it could make sense for hydroelectric (as opposed to pumped storage) where there's no reservior for water storage, or possibly storing from fast flowing rivers and discharging during peak times and/or primary reserve provision.

That's how it is , has been sometime.---Distance. And anonymity always leads to uncivilised comms from some. Must move on : slight withdrawal symptoms since those two great RNS But the real world must go slower than the industrial effort of building things, than the electronic business of wealth seeking! This week, - we will be delivering profitable items this year, and a huge new sector.----------. Could you use our storage product with pumped hydro?I can't see why not ...a few big Vanadium tanks at the bottom of the Scottish Mountain. Always topped up by falling water. Feeding the grid as base load.

I'm surprised you even bother to listen to DR111, let alone respond to his rantings; he clearly has no actual facts in his head

Where are these debts?

Someone who can’t read accounts I say, 8 million cash in bank plus another million in grants, hardly no money imo

Guys. We "want" this to stand out. MSFT hardly stuttered in October 1987. Many other examples .So an off day in the indices, puff.....I think we transcend Brexit and interest rates etc.In the depression in this country the grid and electricity propagation prospered. We're about finding the new before they're in early maturity.I think we've done that .....
