09/2/2016 18:37 | If Deutsche Bank goes, it could be 2008 all over again, never mind thinking it's 2015. | ![]() capricious71
09/2/2016 17:26 | Significant resistance being shown at 160p as it has done since 26 Nov 2015. LSE today shows a good balance of buys vs sells with plenty of AT buys although I am well aware that these figures can be somewhat fuzzy. I get the impression that PI buyers are waiting to see if 160p holds which I think the likely outcome. I believe 2016 will be the year that we see a 10p divi for the full year. Notice of Interim Results was 18 Feb last year with the Interim RNS appearing a week later on the 26 Feb. I guess most of the market bad news is now out in the open as reflected in the FTSE. I remain cautiously optimistic. I think 2016 will be a great year for REDDE. | ![]() fizzypop

07/2/2016 18:59 | Not forgetting that the interim update will cover upto 31 Dec 2015 and the revenue flowing from car flooding in Cumbria would only commence from late Dec with the floods occurring 7 Dec on (and a week's delay due to Christmas). It will be the trading update due late April that should demonstrate a strong revenue increase as a result of flooding rather than the interim update due late Feb. The acquisition in late Oct 2015 of the FMG group of companies will also now be fully assimilated. But I may be wrong as REDD has a complex stream of revenue from about a dozen subsidiaries. I would not be surprised to hear of another acquisition later this year. | ![]() fizzypop
07/2/2016 12:54 | I'm with you on that bc4 - tremendous overall rise of near 30%, roughly 161 to 210. In fact I have been kicking myself for not taking profit and getting back in after the fall. Pretty obvious there had to be a fall from that height. My surprise is that it fell so badly and even pierced the lower trend line. Left me a bit disappointed, and frankly a bit nervous. Cannot see any reason to fall that far. Still, it's a strong company and generally well supported so I'll stick with it till results when I would hope and expect the damage to be reversed. pete | ![]() petersinthemarket
06/2/2016 11:58 | If you wanted to short you should have done that at £2 update in under 3 weeks we will see where we are then, the divi yield is going to be around 6% and the business still growing strongly so I will ride it out | ![]() bc4
06/2/2016 10:50 | TDay - what Toffeman said, look at the chart! I'd probably not go short though, if the update comes earlier than expected then the price may well gap up significantly. | ![]() pistonbroke1
06/2/2016 09:06 | TDay - have a look at the chart 161 represents double bottom so should provide support but if it doesn't then it's a short. | ![]() toffeeman
05/2/2016 19:30 | p.b.1 - agreed - this seems to be headed for support around 161. Cannot for the life of me see why. I'm staying in unless it pierces support. Good weekend all, pete | ![]() petersinthemarket

04/2/2016 16:06 | No posts for a week wow! The second time the share price has descended to 171/2p since Jan 21 and now 11p below the 50DMA. Witness the two similar troughs 27 Nov and 14 Dec 2015 prior to the considerable outperformance commencing 16 Dec. Time for a serious bounce methinks before the forthcoming TS in a few weeks. Volume still low with many ATs. | ![]() fizzypop

28/1/2016 11:10 | Not just for Redde but for numerous better quality stocks, there's the influence of redemptions. The market's fall in the early weeks of Jan is now prompting unit trust sales etc which is providing downward pressure in the market. This is leading to general top slicing which combined with some margin calls is making the market erratic and unpredictable. There' | ![]() steeplejack |
