I have plenty of REDD bought and paid for and have just trousered nearly £2k
on my purchase earlier today. I am sure that others will be doing the same and I would not be surprised to see it come off a trifle before the close.

shorts covering before the weekend as expected.

apologies for the excessive posting, most unlike me, but it's been a rather interesting day.

we've had the adverse press coverage now and over the weekend we'll get a more balanced view in the press of what it likely to happen possibly with comments from some of the main players. does anyone really think they'll just stop all whiplash claims without a due consultation process.

more alarmingly how can an investor suggest that in a business that generates c£250m of revenue that such a small percentage could have a significant impact on eps. you only have to go and look at the REDD website to see the extent of their out sourcing coverage........bonkers!

anyone who is short at the end of today is going to have a very nervous weekend.

Wow i'm impressed by REDDE press release, I email them this morning to suggest they should consider it as it had seemed to do the trick for Fairpoint.

I have to declare that sadly i passed an unsavoury comment over TUNG on stockopedia for which i duly apologised. I considered it to be assertive rather than rude but in the interest of congeniality i gave way. Notwithstanding if you're going to place yourself in a postion of providing share tips (and that's what they are despite the protestations to the contrary)then you must expect criticism when they're found to be poorly researched.

Look as for AVIVA reducing there are lots of reasons it happens all the time. This is a great company with a fantastic management team look at there record for the last 3 years the divi yield is over 6% with no debt what more could you want

Paul Scott aka the Chameleon was saying only a few weeks ago how good redde was he has been wrong on REDDE more than once and he will be again

The biggest risk to REDD is that the insurance companies bring all the parts of the business they've outsourced back in house and that's not going to happen. Indeed, we're only going to see more outsourcing. many of the insurers already have offices outside the country Aviva alone have a large Indian contingent. It's all about driving costs down and REDD are well placed to support those measures.

As for Paul Scott remember TUNG he really did well there. I expect he'll have closed that short by then end of today. He won't want to be sitting on that over the weekend.

If woodford and hargreave offload then i'll take some serious notice.

There's over £50+ million of net cash on the balance sheet after considering lease obligations, the dividend is more than secure. some bonkers stuff going on today.
2.5% of revenue so around £6m/annum so next to nothing off the eps.

Yes less than 2.5% nowt really, so profits, turnover, new business, and divi will continue to grow, also REDDE has no debt and pays the divi out of free cashflow, IT Trader wait for next update in under 3 weeks you will see what I mean

No reason this time, except a direct government policy aimed at its business model.Don't we also think maybe Aviva, and others in the industry have wind of media and government concerns? This industry and company has topped. Needs new revenue streams now.

Not the first time this has taken a swift hit. In all previous instances it has bounced straight back. See no reason to doubt it will rebound this time too.

Paul Scott - TwitterRedde (REDD) - I see Aviva have just reduced from 14% to 13% (RNS just out). I've shorted it at 157p.

Threadbare dividend cover, future growth covered P/E, and business model being attacked by government policy. This is going down first. Aviva know.
