Not seen a scramble for the shares like this since the early days when the penny began to drop. Counting the 4.25p divi REDDE is up 43.25p since August the 4th so maybe a new penny is beginning to drop

Yes just checked, it is only .51% which is only 1.43 million shares out of 286 million in issue, it was declared on the 25/09 when the price was around 160p so the price has moved up despite going ex divi 4.25p last Thursday
Also shorts have to buy them back and someone is buying

I top sliced just last week. Already regretting it, but can't be to greedy. Hendersons short has seemingly been reinitiated.

I suspect the price was held back @ 163p until the buyer(s) saw there was nowt
left on offer, so they've now upped their bid, hence the rise.
I'm in since 2.5p x 10, like Solrei, & top sliced enough to get my capital back (c. 20%). Had I known just how far thise was going I would have waited for the divis to do the payback & kept the lot!
Shares such as this are a rarity...

I've been buying pretty heavily recently...ok not enough to shove it up that far. I expect it will come off before close, but it is a nice sign there is a buyer for every seller
