Rob Billings is our new Hero. Singlehanded he is leading our effort in BK. However......He may have brought the initial equipment with him - sensible fellow, what? - but will anything follow? Sadly we must conclude it is unlikely.Elsewhere, the Australian situation is giving AB an excuse to try and raise more funds under which guise I am sure he will add a little extra to prop up his expenses budget which has doubtless become depleted following all his recent excursions. (Even his DRC governmental dinner was probably acquired as a special optional event by his tour operator.)

June 19, 2024 - Power Metal Resources has been issued 166,666,667 new ordinary shares in
Red Rock Resources plc and owns 3.87 per cent of RRR and has also been issued with
a £250,000 convertible loan note and 100,000,000 warrants exercisable into RRR ordinary
shares, for three years at a price of 0.15 pence per share.

- Upon Completion, £250,000 in convertible loan notes ("CLNs") with a conversion price
equal to the price of any placement of new ordinary shares of RRR raising proceeds of
over £200,000. Should conversion not be undertaken within 6 months of the HoT date,
the CLNs of £250,000 are repayable immediately as cash.

So Rob has arrived singularly and as we were were informed he would be straight dahn t' pit digging up the nuggets with his perf gun.

He arrived singularly and has ALREADY amassed a team??? You have to hand it to Rob to be working so quickly. Kudos!

If "imminent" in Ettie parlance means a few years then I think it is only fair to assume that "weeks" means decade.

But as always, first the bad commentary, with a distinct possibility of another consolidation. I am going for 1 for 20 to 50 range.

"Further to the announcement of 7th October 2024, Red Rock has an obligation to pay a post-completion  sum of £250,000 and some other amounts to be computed in respect of the purchase of the 49.9%.of the project not previously held. The payment was due within a sixty day cure period expiring today. Red Rock is finalising the terms of this payment and an announcement will be made shortly."

We will never know as there was no Peek-ing, he was just being a massive Guang-Dong! It looked Fujian from the very beginning. He was simply Huaian a laugh. He refuses to acknowledge that most shareholders do not Lei Kiu. He should have smelled a rat when the buyer turned out to be Wan Hung Lo.
