Off-topic: HE1's CEO is well known for deeply discounted cash raising. Her shareholdings
are small. Cash held is low, and the Helium project in Tanzania is very costly indeed.
This is why the share price is now around 1p from a high point of 3.5p. A gamble much
like Red Rock Resources PLC - Good Luck.

....The third-party owned Red Rocks helium project adjoins Blue Star's Galactica project (see map above). Red Rocks produces raw gas into an IACX-operated helium recovery plant and sells helium gas into the market. Development and operation of Red Rocks further supports the positive outlook for the Galactica project.

The 200 tonnes of Lithium are obviously stored and guarded for free as reported by Lundy. Every businessman, financial adviser and investor knows this to be true.

The throughput and costings for gold are also true. As is everything else that Lundy has uttered to date. I have seldom found him to be wrong. If always. Every. Single. Time. ALWAYS.

for loss of Musonoi.

Arbitration awards Red Rock Resources $12.05 million + costs + interest leaving VUP with $1.5 million.

Red Rock shares rise intraday to 1p closing at 0.8p.

and the Legal and Arbitration system in DRC for its legality and fair play to foreign exploration

The Company has a 1.3% gross revenue royalty over the Mt Ida iron ore project.
Anglo-Pacific Group plc has an obligation to purchase 0.45% of this royalty interest from

Mt Ida - didn't they flog off the royalty rights there years ago? That was a result tbh, Kudos where deserved, as absolutly nothing is being produced there nor is it likely to be in my lifetime. Obv the money has long been spent...

October - Strategic Acquisitions and more exceptional drill results


The first strategic acquisition announced was a large strategic freehold land holding and two houses whilst the second was to buy the remaining 30% of the Redcastle JV to the north of Sunday Creek to now have two 100% owned properties in Victoria. The acquisition gives us full optionality over the property that has 17 km of untested reef systems and has delivered grades up to 704 g/t Au and 24.7% Sb in the limited amount of drilling that has been undertaken there.

So as you can see, during October we put in place many key factors to set ourselves up for continued success going forward.
