07/11/2024 09:52 | SOMA GOLD PRESENTATION | noirua
07/11/2024 09:41 | Outlook for the balance of 2024 - SOMA GOLD Continue exploration of the expanded property package along the Otu fault to build total resources and bring the permitted Machuca mine into production and complete the permit application process for the Nechi mine to increase minable resources to feed the el Limon and El Bagre mills. Advance the formalization process of small miners working on the Company’s concessions, aiming for 10% of the ounces produced to be from these small miners. Continue discussions with local permitted small miners to facilitate contract processing at the El Limon mill. Review additional strategic additions to the Company’s concession package, focusing on trends identified by the exploration program. Drill the Cordero deposit at depth using the new underground drill purchased by the Company to confirm the deposit’s extension, increasing the Cordero resource. Geoff Hampson, Soma’s President and CEO, states, “The transition to a conventional mining method continued in Q1, increasing costs per ounce. This transition will largely be completed by the end of Q2, coinciding with the opening of higher-grade zones. The combination of higher grades, reduced development and waste rock, and an increase in the number of stopes will all contribute to a strong second half of the year. We are very pleased with the progress made in understanding and interpreting the structural geology, which we believe will lead to additional resources, even in some of the mines on our property that were thought to be depleted.” | noirua

06/11/2024 11:20 | "In the DRC we anticipate (and why not? We have been for a while now) the final arbitration meeting possibly this week, (but then again possibly not as imminence is a moving feast when we are involved) and progress with other discussions is as noted, (was there ever a time when progress was not made?) with site visits planned within days.(how did the previous ones pan out?) Not all the progress merits separate announcement, (agreed. As you have always been reticent, almost shy, to issue hyperbolic, exaggerated, nonsensical, unbelievable cobblers) but we consider that we are in a solid and improving position. (if pushed, would you say you were in a "good place"???)" "In Australia, the limited sampling on private ground we have carried out in the Kilmore licence in the Melbourne Zone near Southern Cross' Sunday Creek gold-antimony discovery has not yet identified strong anomalism." (Oh hard luck dear boy) "However, south of Ballarat in the Bendigo Zone to the west of Kilmore, we have identified the possibility of a new gold discovery with potential for accessory antimony" ( That is exactly what the shareholders have been clamouring for - possibilities and potentiality) "Given the location and land access, and only 20 km from the existing Ballarat gold mine plant, this is a significant development." (Significant development????? How so????? FFS!) "following the "Quick-start" Project path projected in the Company's announcement" (there have been numerous projections over a considerable time now so do excuse us if we take that with a large sack of sodium) "Some 16 days of October were spent sourcing equipment for prospecting and small scale gold production on the Company's behalf." (And there was us thinking months were spent sourcing equipment which were all en-route via ships. Did they divert via Bermuda????) "The first batch of equipment has been invoiced to and paid by the Company" ( Is that the previous ones or the current ones??? Were the previous ones paid in full??? Were they insured???) "The Company expects to meet the timing targets set out in the announcement of 7th October 2027." ( My god! You are already drafting future excuses???? Are you totally devoid of shame??? October 2027??? Will the company be around then?? Will you???) The rest is just the usual anomolisms a la Ettie. | kemche
06/11/2024 10:37 | lol, they are just indicators backmarker - often associated with Gold. Sometimes/often etc caveat emptor. | affemoose
06/11/2024 09:00 | Well well - another RNS. Summary - 1. RRR have bought some kit for 'small scale' production to start in BF. (Whatever happened to that kit that was 'bought' last year and being shipped out? Hmmm?) 2. DRC Money is 'soon' - how long have we heard that? 3. Some positive small scale tests for Aus On the BF front - they have bought a Niton XL2 980 Plus analyser. This is a nice little bit of kit tbh - hxxps://www.nitonuk. Note the use in BF will be soils (I assume) so the ppm on the right are relevant. It's them termite mounds again!! but... a good start to get some actual numbers. All in - I am ignoring everything here except BF. This company needs cash fast.... like very very fast. BF cannot generate any cash in the timelines RRR have to meet outgoings so yes - another whopping placement expected. I also expect lots of nice RNS's with data from the new toy in BF, PPM/Grades etc But the key will be throughput - Yardage through a plant and recovery vs. Costs. That is the million $$$ - scaling up will be expensive but will be needed as small scale will not pay the bills in a contract run mine or otherwise let alone a company that likes to spend money like RRR. My advice is to focus on yardage, recovery & costs in BF and don't get distracted by all the spurious possibly probably promisingly agreeably imminently potentially wafflage that gets churned out | affemoose
05/11/2024 13:33 | BTW - the Framework photo:-- Notice the following pls: 1. There is only 1 place setting at the table 2. Only Bell is eating 3. Bell hasn't even started his meal 4. The other fella looks downright uncomfortable, physically being pulled towards Bell, he could straighten his arm and stand upright but he's not. So using my Sherlock Holmsian powers of deduction i'd say that the framework negotiation happened elsewhere, it was an opportune meeting called last minute for a signature and nothing else. Total meeting time - 1 drink for Patrick. So who is Patrick Tuseku? This is him: hxxps://www.linkedin He is MD of 2 companies - 1 "Germany Congo Systems SARL" & "koto drc sarl" but details about both are a bit absent i'm afraid. I can't find any references at all about them. But Paddy looks like he's been the MD for 12 years or more. Given the paucity of data - I am wondering what KOTO are bring to the table - other than an empty glass and a sheaf of A4. But given that there is nothing to work on from the RRR side either - perhaps it's a match made in heaven | affemoose
05/11/2024 12:29 | This is on ExtractiveIndustries website: "The company said it had also signed a framework agreement with its local associate Koto DRC SARL for an equal new joint venture, conditional on acquiring suitable assets. Red Rock expects to return next week to visit “various locations”." May i summarise this as being - "We signed paper that we'd work together if we get anything to work on and we are not bankrupt"? Fair? | affemoose

04/11/2024 15:27 | A deal for billions is concluded over a meal of burgers and fries. At least he's being prudent with the remaining shareholder funds!!! | determined

04/11/2024 09:54 | My guess is that a combination of $20 million in hard cash to be repatriated immediately AND a deal worth at least $400 million (and immediately cash flow positive) will be offered on the proviso that all further international litigation be ceased. This deal will be sealed with a burger and chips state supper hosted by the president of the DRC, along with the entire cabinet, with Ettie as the guest of state. This will be held at the Wetherspoons equivalent in Kinshasa. The news will be conveyed by the usual official channel of an Ettie tweet without bothering the Nomad nor the official RNS channel so as not to draw attention to the enormity of the news and the deal. This will inevitable lead to a stampede for shares which will be forever etched in RRR history as MOFO Tuesday. GLA LTHers! All the sells are buys and NT to buy. We await news from Cyprus of the receipt of money. | kemche
04/11/2024 07:56 | My theory is this. RRR will not be offered the cash from the DRC, but a project where the value attributed will be far higher than the cash AB is seeking. That way he can claim victory and add yet another project to the growing list. Just my guess.. | highley1 |
