I guess those who put money up in the 0.075p placing are all out at a good profit now and sitting chirping away contentedly. As to the non-RNS no comment.

I continue to average down along with all sane investors in the face of yet another classic treeshake before the commencement of the process to begin.

Looks like the president of DRC will convene an emergency session of parliament to personally approve the settlement. The DRC ambassador has met with Rishi and bet him £1000 that the money will be released. In the meantime please spare a thought for the poor local representative who has been on standby for 48 hours without a chance of a sit down.

GLA LTHers!

Risk to reward is compelling for the next couple of weeks.
0.25p with the Congo award with a possible bounce to 0.3p.
Lenigas is a smoking gun and could set the cat amongst the pigeons.
Downside maybe 0.07p again to test the lows.
A lot of posters complaining about the RNS. I think it's an improvement to Bell posting carp on X (twitter) so a step in the right direction.
I like the odds so will be adding. Gla.

It's rather ironic that punters are chasing PREM that has tens of $ millions of debt, defaulted on its debt repayment, production difficulties, selling a commodity that is near rock bottom in price and a market cap of £80m.

On the other hand every man and his dog is trying to discourage buyers in this minnow that sits around £3m market valuation, has a 50%/50% chance of a cash windfall of $7.5m near term.

Strange indeed.

Some big 'if's there.

Agree that placings will be a priority.

Mr Lenigas

One would hope in your role as company advisor you will be able to quell the rolling short that Red Rock has become, the stock was aggressively forward sold by every man and his dog when the last placing occurred, bashers operating across all bulletin boards are clearly part of the shenanigans.

As a man of the markets you must be aware that company brokers are part of the problem, however there are ways to catch them offside on their trades, this must be a priority.

There needs to be monetisation of projects or project level funding, Andrew Bell has failed to find JV partners to date, there are far too many projects in the stable.

If you are serious in your role you should be able to quite easily turn sentiment around here, if the DRC cash comes then happy days for all.

We don't need deramping. This award is more than likely won in my opinion.

Chance of award doesn't really matter if the chance of seeing any cash in DRC is nil.

More problematic still is the reservation made by the DRC that the Convention does not apply to disputes related to immovable property situated in the DRC, or rights related to such property. Commentators have observed that the reservation effectively excludes arbitral awards concerning mining rights from enforcement under the Convention in the DRC, as mining rights are characterised as immovable property under DRC law.

Foreign mining companies should not anticipate being able to enforce any arbitration awards against assets located in the DRC, and may need to rely on measures to hedge against the risk of an unenforceable award.

Lithium appears to have bottomed out and is up a little over 2% in the last month. Just like manganese production in South Africa restocking is expected in China after the Chinese New Year.

Around an 80 percent chance of the award and then onto taking on Glencore for 400m.

Those words were all Bell’s words. Not mine. Sorry. You got all that wrong.

Thanks, my mistake. They weren't all Bell's words though, as some of George Galloway's
were added for comedic effect. Glad to see these passed muster as Mr Bell's view of DL

I am buying UKOG too. Never stopped actually. You were right about the Turkey gusher. As usual. Do you think you could turn RRR into another Lonrho?

I understand the release. Makes sense to me. The perf guns they used last time didn’t have enough grunt to blast though the cement into the rock with oil. So they now have the bigger guns. Great. That will do the job. On the oil oil analysis stuff - that also makes sense. There is live oil down the well. And this time the pref hind will open it up to surface. Flow rates - anyone’s guess. I just bought another 75 million more UKOG. Too cheap down here I reckon. I may be wrong.
