The AIM investors song

The shares of Red Rock have fallen 73.9% in the last year.

The reason is continued cash raising at lower and lower prices.

There is an upside if a project can become the subject of an IPO or be sold. Failing that more cash will have to be raised by CLN or Placings. Thus shareholders will be diluted further.

Rumour has it all resolutions passed. After shareholders left, a delighted Andrew Bell
was seen doing a conga line dance on the tabletops with loyal convertible note holders.

And how can we forget Midtit (Noirua):

"One of the favourite techniques with oil projects is “closeology,” which essentially is used to “prove” the merits of the company’s acreage by its proximity to producing tracts, or other acreage owned by well known companies."

The Reach release wasn't completely useless as it mentioned a presentation, allowing
a rare insight into some of RRR's engorged admin payroll costs.

On the penultimate page we see 4 such payroll costs, Red Rock Australia's Local Team

Do not be deceived by their student appearance, they are some of the greatest talent
in Ballarat mineral exploration at a junior level. Going through from the bottom up;

First, a geologist who “appreciates the opportunity to enjoy living in a local town”
Note this doesn't mean they do enjoy living in a local town, only that they have an
opportunity to do so”. We can only hope that potential is realised.

Next up the exploration geologist, who “brings special benefit to the company as an
active member of his local community.” We aren’t informed if he enjoys living there.

Thirdly someone who was the outback’s representative in the winter olympics bobsled.
Cool Runnings and a pleasure for RRR shareholders to pay 50% of their payroll costs.

Lastly a geologist with responsibility for the finger-in-the-air exploration target.
We are informed they have 'geological experience'. See, they don't just hire anyone!

With team in place it's ripe for IPO planning and the admin cost that comes with it.

There is not much fun in the mining sector unless it is Helium, Uranium and Graphite. Even then it is difficult without a partner putting up the anti. If a company wants to sell an asset it is usually the best one others want at a knockdown price.
So far Red Rock has no partners.

The only sale areas Red Rock could sell are to do with gold. The easiest sale is Royalties in El Limon valued down the line at $2.9 million.

Oh well, what comes next? Anyway HE1 did well again so a bit more profit toward RRR losses.
Sean Wade and Paul Johnson joining KAT plus another director to arrive later.

Following the appointment of Mr Wade as Non-executive Chairman, Louis Coetzee, former Chairman, will remain as Executive Director and will then step down from the Board and employment with the Company simultaneously with the appointment of the second director. Mr Coetzee will then become a consultant to Katoro until 31 July 2024 to assist with the transition of responsibilities.

Maybe Katoro is worth looking at again. Maybe RRR will take a hint.
