Always fish where the Fish are! - Charlie Munger.

The theory says that if a goldfish is put in a bowl or a small tank, its growth will be unnoticed. Whereas you leave the same fish in a pond, it grows bigger and if you give it a chance to grow in a river, it grows much bigger than one could even imagine.

I guess Red Rock has been in a goldfish bowl all its life so far. Will it break free into a river with DRC and do great things? The market believes it will remain going round and round in circles until the food runs out.

"For the people who don't research or with the memory of a gold fish. Recon Africa holds the acreage to the north and north east of Elephant oil's Namibia acreage. They have two plays: the Damara Fold Belt and the Karoo/Rift."

So much "nearology" from the usual suspect. But then again that is what makes for a cracking financial adviser.

However, my initial research showed that not only did goldfish learn quickly, but their memory was certainly longer than three seconds. My second-year experiment confirmed that goldfish can learn quickly, and showed that goldfish can recall memories for at least one month.

Come up with your own games. Drag food through the hoop with your fingers to entice the goldfish to swim through it. Give it the food every time it swims through. Also consider placing a small, thoroughly washed ball into the water and encouraging the goldfish to push it around.

These goldfish are cleverer than most in the other place and they never squabble.

An important retrace today. Full retrace of the non-RNS 'Reach service' hype train.

One or two posters have suggested the house broker is soaking up the selling using a client account. If true, spare a thought for William Black, as once the next placing hits he'll be known as William Red :(

"I weep for you," the Chairman said:
"I deeply sympathize."
With sobs and tears, he sorted out
Those of the largest size,
Holding his pocket-handkerchief
Before his streaming eyes.

"O Shareholders," said the Chairman won,
"You've had a pleasant run!
You'll be trotting home today?'
But answers came there none--
And this was scarcely odd, because
The shareholders busted everyone.

With thanks and appreciation to Lewis Caroll.

I believe that Ettie had a hidden message in the last announcement and that he thought that all shareholders were "C U Next Tuesdays".

Anyway HE1 just delivered yet again. From this, many must be wondering about holding Red Rock at its dilapidated share price. It's all up to the man at the helm herein, will we be driven to great success or on to the rocks - not Lithium rocks.

Just a thought: Jupiter Mines Limited is always loaded with cash and despite always wanting to stay with manganese on The Northern Cape of South Africa: They could well be interested in diversifying into gold tenements in Victoria, Australia. Former Director Andrew Bell of Jupiter Mines of many years will be known for his brilliant early work as far as Red Rock Resources was concerned and Jupiter Mines.

With a nudge or two or three or more, they could get away from their sleepy position with Tshipi despite the Black Power interest both in Jupiter and Tshipi.
After all NBGC (RRAL) looks well run but with far too much work to be done. Jupiter just might buy half of Red Rock's interest in NBGC giving it much-needed cash.
A few million A$s here or there means nothing much to Jupiter Mines.

Indeed, after 19 years of listing we've stumbled upon a truth. Admin is very high here

When hardly any work is being carried out the high salaries are alarming in themselves

Combined with lowly market cap means huge ongoing dilution just to pay monthly payroll

The doofus (person with poor judgment) S Kainz remains CFO so this state will continue

The cost of salaries at Red Rock compared to the market capitalisation of the company shares is a little alarming does not one think? Of course, raising more cash or inventing more shares therein helps the percentages but is a matter that makes for concerned profoundness.

Ponderment is probably the order of the day for investors in Red Rock. Hopefully, RRR is not frozen as to what to do next like Lehman Brothers Incorporated.

Armstrong Holdings always know more than most.

Red Rock Resources PLC- Africa, South America and Australia-focused natural resource exploration and development - Notes the receipt of a draft arbitration award in regard to its subsidiary in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Says Arbitration hearings and negotiations have been held in Kinshasa in order to obtain 50% of the $15 million still to be paid. Says draft awaits signature and will provide an update ‘as soon as possible.’ Adds that geochemical testing of the Bilbale licence in Burkina Faso, and mapping of key zones has begun, with a view to semi-mechanised mining of alluvial areas and follow-up drilling of hard rock targets. Notes promising rock chip results from mapped areas at Bilbale, including 14.7 grams per tonne and 11.2 g/t of gold. A development team is arriving at the site in Bilbale.

Hopefully an RNS within Days will calm everyones nerves. incidentally DRC HAVE just paid a USA OIL Company $300m in Arbitration settlement. Money no object it seems.

Purely contractual delays.

I never accuse anyone of telling lies just search for the real truth. Never accuse anyone of a cover-up just try to uncover it to get at the real truth.

Ah well, William Black has raised his holding.

After very much searching among Arbitrations in DRC. I cannot find either Red Rock Congo SAC or VUP Musonoi Mining SA.

Until the voting by all shareholders sending in their votes for the AGM is known it is natural for shareholders and others to want to know the votes sent in on items 1 to 5. Number 2 as well - many would like to see the votes sent in and know the reason for the sudden resignation. Hopefully, it will NOT remain a secret to shareholders.
