RRRs subsidiary in Hong Kong: 09. - G). Red Rock Resources (HK) Ltd registered office is Suites 1601-1603, Kinwick Centre,
------ 32 Hollywood Road, Central, Hong Kong.

Due to New Year celebrations in Hong Kong, there may be further delays on several matters affecting the company. All perfectly understandable.

Mind you AB might surprise and bring joy to all.

I apologise kemche for underrating Red Rock as we know AB is closely in contact with DR Congo's President. After over 2 years of trying to get payment due to the elections very soon $230 million will arrive double pronto haste.
As you know I previously wrote twice in fact to three companies in Congo and received one reply excluding one automatic confirmation of receipt. Further information was then forwarded and I've heard nothing since.

Glencore is insured and a case against insurer Alpina was well published. Any claims against Gecamines are defended by DR Congo's Government.

On a more serious note, the merry-go-round continues.

I have now submitted my votes for the upcoming meeting next Friday. As my holding is only a paltry 0.55% it is of no consequence. But there you go. Increased holding after a lot of trading recently.

19 days to go for the massive transformation of Red Rock - looked forward to joyously by all shareholders I'm ecstatically so outstandingly certain.

Now why would Ettie accept such a derisory offer when he has ALWAYS acted in the best interest of the shareholders? You do embarrass yourself sometimes.

This would go up 986,785,345% just like that other company that did.

If Glencore were at all concerned about Red Rock Resources they would buy the company with a few seconds of its worldwide income and pay off RRRs Directors accordingly plus their new advisor.

This will be the most defining week in the history of RRR as a number of initiatives come to a fruition. Ettie has been on record that the Chinese New Year will mark the transformation of the company on a number of fronts where he will be judged by his exports to the known and identified 5 Chinese buyers of Lithium.

I suspect that the courts in DRC will also be minded to award RRR both punitive and exemplary damages from GLEN of not less that hundreds of billions of $ thereby catapulting RRR straight into the FTSE100. GLEN will obviously not be able to pay that in cash and will therefore have to surrender all its worldwide assets by reversing itself into RRR creating a veritable mining behemoth. Will the MSM miss this developing story? I think not. Tomorrow's financial broadsheets around the globe should prove to be interesting. I believe that the heads of the exchanges around the world will be in contact with each other with a view to halt trading of GLEN shares on Monday pending the clarification of it's financial status.

William Black will end up looking very silly. Very silly indeed.

This explains why Ettie has partaken in each of the past 36 fundraisings.

Noirua, your regular defence of Glen is quite silly and quite wrong. No act of Criminality is without huge consequences particularly of your good name. You shrug off culpability like a raincoat.

The Analogy I would use is VW Car makers, and the emission scandal, the parts involved were probably made by a subsidiary company, yet VW are in the frame because the parts are in their CARS. Even something as innocuous as a Royal seal of approval is immediately removed if any form of scandal is attached to a holder

Likewise Glen, they benefit from their many subsidiary companies who trade off their name and HONEST REPUTATION. That arrangement works in reverse, Glen will be Mortally wounded should a GLEN Sub be Identified as, 1, a thief and 2, GLEN benefitting by `HANDLING STOLEN GOODS` Arbitration has already proven 1, which would make 2 indefensible, imho.
without prejudice.

all conjecture until RRR have wherewithal to bring a case, but when they do????

Glencore is expert at defending bribery and damages claims by countries. A billion dollars here and there won't phase them So the minuscule position in the mining world of Red Rock doesn't register at all. The present position concerns Red Rock Congo SAU and Vumilia Pendeza S.A. The other matters concern the State-owned Gecamines. Any sum payable to Red Rock will be paid by Kamoto Mining SA.

Couldn't agree more Stephen. Glen in existential crisis now. Have taken a short there as it could be looking at losses of hundreds of billions. Expect RRR to join the ranks of the FTSE100 by the year end.

This could well be Ettie's biggest success in 19 years.

Big week next week.

Eggbird, it is as though Glen is trading knowing there is a huge obstacle that may damage everything about Glen. People do not seem to recognise the full implications here.

We are not talking about a % of the ALLEGED Deception, we are talking of that plus DAMAGES which would be huge, even $Bn`s. Without Prejudice

If these things dont get resolved amicably and without rancour and end up in court, Costs and the Damages would be eye watering sums. DRC would have an extremely wealthy JV Partner in RRR. Maybe DRC have already been informed of RRR next step.

At some point RRR will need to be RERATED taking everything into consideration, first things first, get the Wonga, then organise the BEAR TRAPS, then ????

RRR is heading for the big time, 30-50p before DEC 2025.

We are in a hope-and-pray situation as even Chairman/ CEO Andrew Bell has accepted in the past that nothing is certain until the money hits the account of Red Rock Congo Limited. He has said that he wants to be there in DRC when this happens. So from this whether he is desk-bound in London or about to head for DRC is unknown to most shareholders other than directors.

Everyone and his dog is buying now. As the expected result is a clear win for Red Rock. Next week should see the shares trading at over 0.20p.

Off-Topic: QBT is doing well after HE1 so RRR losers and paper losers, myself included, can make up even more to offset the disaster - share price movement nothing else. So good luck remembering the old comments do not be shaken out during a rise but also do not forget to take profits - good luck.
The above is not advice to buy of course just a fair comment.

The first post of 'Atinos Auntie Ettie' was on February 10, 2013, on the header 'Red Rock Resources - Boom to Bust - Back to Boom or Bang?'. That was long before Charles Richard Topham arrived.

Mr Topham is a businessman of some standing. It is of course possible he could check information occasionally but is unlikely to post.
