The Red Rock bid price at 0.07p is very much under pressure and CLN holders can see converting their shares might be a risky move, especially in trying to sell a fair-sized block of shares so they would risk a loss.

Unlike Power Metal which has followers in the USA and places shares with no or little discount, Red Rock, poor old Red Rock sees the company not selling any assets to date and therefore repeatedly destroying shareholder value.

Everything is in the hands of the man himself. Can he deliver - WE FEAR NOT WITH REGRET.

Noirua, the numbers are perhaps not as bad as we thought. The total amount raised to date (share capital plus share premium) is c.£36 million, debt of £2.5m and net trade creditors of £1.75m. Over £40 million all in. The Mcap or company valuation is £2.55m representing -£37.5m loss of value, but as I'm now a bullish investor I focus on the retention not the loss.

By my calculations Mr Bell has delivered value retention of 6p from every pound raised. You could say its nearer 1p (which the share price reflects) but going by the above metrics it looks better. Quite frankly I am encouraged.

If we raise another £2m this year (4 billion new shares, 7.55bln total issued), at 6% retention we are looking at £0.12m being added to the market cap, taking us to £2.67m. Divide by the 7.55bln issued is a share price of 0.0355p, or -50% from here. That will be seen as a reasonable performance by this management, who lest we forget took cash bonuses for delivering -75% last year.

It's all about the next phase now since all the other phases were concluded successfully. The Chinese New Year is slated for February 2025. The 5 Chinese buyers are eagerly awaiting delivery. The guards at ALR and the team on the ground there continue with their work. ELEP on standby. Local representative in DRC on standby. Australia on standby. Kenya on standby. Burkina Faso on standby.
